We are frequent travellers, both domestic and international, and Cathay Pacific is one of the better airlines we have encounters in terms of comfort and service. Flights we have taken have not been delayed at all.

Pricey, but worth the little bit extra for the comfort.

i travel a lot and i do have to say cathay pacific is one of the better airlines out there, no hassle flights, food was prompt and staff were friendly, in terms of baggages, departures and arrivals it's as smooth as their actual flights, so am pretty satisfied

I always fly Cathay to Europe, they provide one of the best service and food for standard economy and I love the fact that they run so frequently. I usually take the night flight from Melbourne and arrive in HK early morning. I then spend a day shopping in HK before returning to my connecting flight which leaves at midnight to Europe. It is great this way as because it is a day-in-dayout flight there are no additional charges or taxes I have to pay for the stop over and I get to sleep on airplane so save on hotel too. I really like the air hostesses on Cathay they are young, pretty, nimble, and multilingual, a huge difference to Qantas hostesses which tend to be slow and old. The food is really good too, especially Chinese options. The inflight entertainment and movies are always full of selections both Asian and Hollywood movies. HK airport is so convenient, take the A21 bus right into downtown Kowloon for only $30 HK which is around $4 Australian one way, you need Octopus card though.

Air hostess spilled boiling water on me from a 2minute noodle cup she was passing to the person next to me. she then offered me a blanket and some chocolate as compensation... first aid?? ice??

customer service was terrible. no one to complain to and no one who cared.

I flew Cathay Pacific with my family to Hong Kong and it was a fine experience. The departure times were civilised, food was balanced and good quality, there was plenty of entertainment choices (movies for children and adults) and staff were very professional. Would use them again anytime.

I flew Cathay Business Class for the price I dont feel it was worth it when you compare to British Airways and Singapore who are often cheaper and much better . The service was not bad but again for the price not what was expected . Bed was comfy I would not call fully flat had a slight incline . I think once they have all aircrafts with new product will be better . The food was also very odd for a business class product . I would recomend Virgin Atlantic or Singapore Give these a miss ...
