I had the same experience. Jarrom is amazing, the love and care he and his staff showed my 16 year old cat was far beyond what I expected. My cat has special needs as she is aged and is very nervous and I was so pleased at the extent they went to, to cater for her. I was free to visit her any time I liked and I was so surprised at how relaxed ...

We have the happiest cat that will only settle @ Catnap.
Totally pampered pets here. The Owner is so accommodating, treats all the cats like his own, and make sure all owners are happy too! The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming to new clients and regulars. A return stay is imperative.
