Floor and front service staff are good.
Pharmacist service is terrible. Slow. I have had errors made more than once with prescriptions and only because I have a medical background was it picked up before I left the store. When items have needed to be back-ordered, staff have failed to call to advise when ready for collection and when I called to follow up, none of the pharmacists had a clue what I was talking about - even though they had kept the prescription. Very disappointing when pharmacy is a profession.

The cheapest place I have been to buy Chemist products. They have a variety of brands at very good prices. The store is difficult to navigate so I usually just browse down each isle to make sure I get everything. They also have online specials that you can subscribe for with your email. Lots of parking.

Store is fairly well laid-out but not always easy to find what you want although if you ask the staff, they are helpful. Prices are better than the normal chemist and are good value.

I went to Chemist Warehouse a few times to get prescription medicine. They have the lowest prices in Castle Hill, and also sell other personal care products for reasonable prices. The shop is conveniently located with enough parking.

This is newly opened and they have very cheaply priced medications. Much cheaper than my local chemist. You can even get your prescriptions filled. They have a prescription reminder service, so when your script is due to be refilled they SMS you.
