Poor service from Asian stuff that couldn’t speak Spanish or English
Order arrived late and incorrect
Dirty tables , understaff
(The churros were good and tasty , but bad service )
Approximate cost: $50
Great tasty churros
But terrible staff with poor English (and no Spanish at all).
The English was poor and most orders were wrong .
They need to do some re training In hospitality as they were rude and looked stressed .
Not a pleasant atmosphere.
Approximate cost: $20
Yummy everytime i go. Best hot chocolates!! The hazelnut one is great as it isnt too sweet. Churros are delicious. You must try! Service is always lOvely too
Have gone here many times to get Spanish Hot Chocolates as they are so good and really thick, nothing like your normal hot chocolate you get anywhere else.
Service can be a little slow but it's worth that wait.
Approximate cost: $7
I visit regularly - the experience depends a little on who is behind the counter, but generally I find the staff helpful and friendly. They always get my order spot on (I often mix-and-match). It can be a little crowded at busy times, but the churros are always tasty, and the thick hot chocolate is almost a meal in itself.
Approximate cost: $15
Nothing special, too ordinary. You can find a lot better coffee shop around Melbourne. I'd probably walk another 5 minutes to Max Brenner :)
Girl at the counter was rude but their coffee and churros were quite nice. Will go again just to relax and indulge.
Approximate cost: $7
