We are astounded at the improvement to the appearance of our downstairs carpets and didn't realise how dirty they were. I used it twice. One cleaner was more thorough than the other, although both were good. I also trust them to respect my stuff. They have never broken anything, which I can't say about other cleaners. They usually stay for about the same time and there are no surprises when I get my bill.
We have been using this service for about 8 months now and have never been disappointed.
