I've used Cleaning Mate at least 4 times since 2012. Every time I moved, they were my cleaners for carpets (and upholstery once).
On one occasion I had a nasty lessor complaining about the job and without hesitation they came back and fixed the issue with the lessor - at no extra cost for me.
I have always found their prices extremely competitive.
Their customer service is great.
One flaw I may mention is that on a couple of occasions they were late, but that's really all for me!

The worst customer service ever. Had a job booked in for Friday 1pm. I called them at 1:30 to ask how far away the cleaner was. Was told they never had my booking but they could get someone there between 3-4. I called them at 4:15 and was told they would be there at 7am the next day.

I start calling at 7:20 to see where they are and no response from either number.

I understand not having my booking, I'm in the service industry as well and mistakes happen. What I am not happy about is waiting two days for a carpet cleaner who had no intention of showing up. Never book these people!
