Coles online are FANTASTIC they are very friendly when needing to approach any of the call centre staff, and even the delivery men are very approachable. You can pay at the door using your eftpos card or by using your credit card online. The convenience is great, would be better if the delivery prices were slightly lower, but they still beat paying for fuel and battling parking.

Makes life simpler, not wasting time grocery shopping, especially with young kids. Makes it easier to stick to a budget and buy the items you really want. Groceries are delivered in a time frame that suits you and your family.

have ordered through coles online a couple of times just for the convenience. Having everything dropped off without having to go to the busy stores is handy. Although my big disapointment was finding out that several of their products were much more expensive online. Something as simple as cat litter was $2 a bag more than in store. you don't always get your requested products as thye substitute if out of stock for another brand but you then also pay the price for the other brand, sometimes a little dearer. Overall a good service but not the same as choosing items yourself in store. Delivery times are flexible if you don't mind waiting in for a few hours.

I use this online service from time to time, and have found it very satisfactory, apart from the fact that there is a limited range compared to the supermarkets, and the prices are slightly higher. However for the convenience it's worth it. The weekly specials are the same as the supermarkets.
