I have never had any problems shopping with coles online! You can still earn flybuys points and your previous shopping carts are saved. They have a specials section that makes saving even better. Frozen food gets delivered still frozen and better still, right to your door! Rain, hail or shine it's great especially if you have young children!

Absolutely love using coles online!! Offer a wide range of delivery times and online specials! If I have to do a big shop they are perfect - delivered to your door all I have to do is unpack the groceries!

easy way to do the groceries when you don't have time during opening hours. the site is easy to use though there and some items that you just can't buy online, and you miss the end of day specials on items such as bread

great if you don't want to (or cant) leave your home. browse the 'virtual' aisles or the latest catalogue while you fill your 'virtual' shopping cart. delivery within a couple of days for $10, or my preferred option - pick up from the store (usually within 12hrs of completing your online order. would be better if you could pay cash though

best way to have someone else do it all - it is easy to go through all the options and available produce is there too - prices are good but do not always have specials for usual shopping

We have only used this service a few times, but each time has been so valuable. When my wife was in hospital having our children, we simply ordered our food on-line, set a date and it was there when we arrived home. Great service, it really helped.

Very disappointing experience! I reserved a time at the start of my shop and after spending an hour doing my shopping the time was no longer available and I would of had to wait 2 days for my groceries. I cancelled my order in the end. Very upsetting!
