I required a burst pipe to be fixed which required only a short piece of galvanised pipe to be replaced. Instead of fixing the problem, I was left with a 25m coil of poly pipe when only 5 metres was required and billed for the entire roll. They also left me for a huge quotation of $1400 - $1600 to replace the 5 or so metes of galvanised pipe. When I questioned Conrad Marten plumbing service to why I was charged for the entire roll there answer was:

"We find sometimes the customers do not go ahead with our quote and leave the temporary water service installed. If we only charge the 5 metres than we lose the cost of the other 20 metres."

At $1600 to replace a short piece of galvanised pipe I am not surprised their customers do not take them up on the quote, this was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend Conrad Marten to anyone!

We had a toilet and shower put in the garage and the service was great. It only took 48 hours for the whole job to be completed and the tradesman was very professional
