I called Conrad Martens after discovering that we had a gas leak. They were able to send someone out the same day. The trade person arrived on time and was able to quickly identify and fix the gas leak. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

We believed we were overcharged without being informed of the minimum charge. After discussion eventually a fair price was agreed.

Contacted Conrad for a new hot water system and to fix some little issues that I’d put off for a while - the boys were extremely professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I think the customer service really made the difference. Would 100% recommend.

The service from Conrad Martens could not have been better. I moved into my house in the middle of last year to discover that the gas hot water wasn't working. I know nothing about gas (except it loves fire!) so called them. There was some loose pipes but luckily I hadn't managed to find the switch so all good. They repaired the pipes, checked the system thoroughly and explained how it all worked to me.

The plumber couldn't have been more helpful. I was really impressed with his attitude to the job even though our roof leak was tricky to fix. He did his repair and then explained his recommendations for the long term. Altogether great service.

We contacted Conrad Martens Plumbing when discovering that we had no hot water and topping up the system just wasn't working anymore. They were able to get out to us that day and let us know what was going on. It turned out to be that our hot water system had rusted through the bottom and needed replacing. The plumber that came out was very helpful and talked with us about the different range of hot water systems available. While he was there we asked him to fix a few taps that were causing us some troubles which he did with no problems. They got back to us with a quote on the same day to replace our hot water system and a flick mixer that couldn't be repaired. Happy with the quote and service we accepted and had hot water again before you knew it. Dealing with this company was great from start to end and we have already recommended them to family and friends.
