Very pleased with the prompt response of this company and the plumber actually turned up on time!! (which is quite rare these days). The lady i spoke with in the office was helpful & polite & found the plumber that she sent out to be very efficient. Overall I was happy with my booking from start to finish!

Had several jobs done recently (blocked drain, taps serviced and some replaced). Office staff were great to deal with, got the ball rolling. And the plumber who came to do the work was prompt and did a good job. Left the place cleaner than it first was. Also made sure he filled me in on what the problems were. I'd never used them before, but will from now on. Great service!

I hired a plumber from Conrad Martens Plumbing Service to fix a leaking section of pipe under the house. The plumber arrived as they said he would, he did a very capable job and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them and will be using them next time I have a plumbing problem.

I used Conrad Martens Plumbing to fix some broken Pipes. The plumber attended within the time bracket I was allocated and easily fixed all of my problems. have used them for years with no issues , but only wanted a quote for a new hot water system and they said they would send some one around , then was charged a site fee $120 , no one mentioned this when i rang up and if i was aware of this i would never have left them quote
they said it was due to people not always accepting there quotes so need to cover costs( maybe if they didn't sting you there uptake rate would be higher)

i must say though they are quick and there boys are good

very disappointed about the above

i am a tradesman and know it is part of doing business and do not know anybody else who charges for this and if they did i am sure they would notify you of the cost before hand or they would go out of business
