have used them for years with no issues , but only wanted a quote for a new hot water system and they said they would send some one around , then was charged a site fee $120 , no one mentioned this when i rang up and if i was aware of this i would never have left them quote
they said it was due to people not always accepting there quotes so need to cover costs( maybe if they didn't sting you there uptake rate would be higher)

i must say though they are quick and there boys are good

very disappointed about the above

time to find a new plumber

is this not aprt of doing business ,a nd the reason i did not take them was because of this
i am a tradesman and know it is part of doing business and do not know anybody else who charges for this and if they did i am sure they would notify you of the cost before hand or they would go out of business
