I purchsed a new lap-top from Core computers several days ago. My provider was Optus, unfortunately the new software didn't recognise this and after a lot of time and frustration I was advised to purchase pre-paid Telstra mobile broadband. After several days of being shunted around Telstra and having technical support transferred to Microsoft to sort out Outlook, I finally returned to Core Computers who fixed everything within an hour. I am very grateful for the commitment of this firm to see the issues settled after three wasted days.

Excellent service. We bought a 2nd hand Mac off them and even though it had a few glitches they were always happy to take it back & repair free of charge. They really know their stuff.

Core have been providing me computers and network services for over 10 years. They look after their clients and that's why I keep coming back. Pricing is good and whilst I know I can sometimes get a little cheaper with Core I know if it there is a problem its fixed - and that's worth far more.

I bought a second hand apple (macbook pro). Price okay. But the service!!! I had a few minor problems with the computer (it was second hand!) but the service was, first class, fast. friendly and with understandable explanations.

Computer repairs and testing - monitor replacement. Prompt service on a Saturday morning.
Great advice and choices given. Computer is running like a charm now.

I will never go anywhere else than Core Computers ever again. I had a complete computer built by another computer firm in Albany Creek and it was a disaster from day 1. Once we contacted Core Computers they provided expert advice, exceptional service and are far superior to all other computer services in our local area (we've utilized 3 other services prior) . Core Computers provided us a computer that functioned perfectly, met all our business needs, ensured transfer of all data in the exact format it had previously been in, tested all systems, persisted until they were 100% satisfied with Internet connectivity and were extremely pleasant, supportive and empathetic with our computer concerns and requirements. Look no further. Exceptional! And great value for money because their system works!

I have been in retail and dealt in customer service for over twenty years and I have seen the highs and the lows in what service really means. My experience at Core was easily amongst the best. The quote was accurate, they repaired my printer in exactly the time they said they would, and for the work they did it was nothing short of first class. When I shop for a product or a service, I do expect a certain standard from the vendor. When that standard exceeds all expectations as Core did, thats when I beelieve they deserve a special mention.
