Seriously, I could not have been more pleased with Ruth and her team. My little Pomeranian is a little timid and scared of new situations and people. Ruth showed so much sensitivity and professionalism that I instantly felt safe with the idea of leaving my little boy in her capable hands. When I came back I had the fluffiest, cleanest little darling who had a little bandana on. I was given a rundown of what the treatment was and was given some tips aswell. I will definitely become a regular here!

Great customer service! I'm very happy with the gentle and kind treatment from the groomers here, my old guy doesn't like being washed but he has no problems being groomed here.

Booked my gorgeous Siberian Husky girl in for a wash and groom on her 13th birthday at Count Dogula's in Moonee Ponds. She hadn't been washed for a while and has very thick fur, and shedding a lot of undercoat. She's a senior girl and has arthritis in her back legs, so needs to be handled very gently. Ruth was wonderful with her - very gentle. They did a fantastic job - best wash and groom she's ever had, by a long way. She looks amazing and was happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Will definately be back again and would recommend highly to everyone. Very good value at around $80, cosidering how much grooming is needed for a thick coated husky to remove all that shedding hair !

Super friendly and made our little puppy feel so at ease. I couldnt believe how soft and fluffy he was when we picked him up. Free started pack and puppy loves the treats more than any other ... will definately be shopping there regularly and have him groomed there from now on!! Thank you :-)

I have been taking my 2 dogs Molly and Robbie to Count Dogulas for grooming for approx 18 months. I had a lot of trouble finding a place where my dogs were happy to go and also looked great afterwards. The groomers do a great job and everyone always comments on how cute they look. Ruth obviously loves dogs very much, is extremely welcoming and makes the dogs and us humans feel very welcome. I think they don't want to go home sometimes!!

I shopped here with my dogs (who were welcome in store). The lady who served us saw what sort of toys my dogs liked and showed us a couple of other toys that she thought they might enjoy - and they absolutely love them! I ended up spending more than I probably should have but I couldn't help it - there were so many great things to buy.
