The friendliest and most professional hair stylists I have ever met. They really listen and give you exactly what you want. These kids are nothing short of hair artists!

Dr Ashley is the best...she's always very friendly and my 'furry daughter' actually loves going to see her coz she always gets spoilt. The girls on reception are always really nice too and love seeing Kaia whenever we visit. You can be confident your pet is in good hands at the Essendon Vet Clinic...just ask Dr Harry!

I used to get my dreadlocks maintained by Ewen and after trying several different dreadlock experts I have to say he has been the best. He gets my dreads so unbelievably tight all the way to the scalp. The only reason I don't go see him any more is I'm now a poor student and can't afford it. (He's the best...but also the most expensive.) If you can afford it, he's worth every penny but on my income a visit almost equals a fortnights wage. The whole crew there are fantastic and always make you feel comfortable while you're in the chair. (Well...as comfortable as one can be with someone teasing your hair into tight cords!) Hopefully next year I'll be able to afford a return visit.

If you love Thai food, this place is a must visit...the service is second to none, the decor is very quaint, and the meals are to die for! I highly recommend the chili prawns, but be careful...they aint for the faint hearted. I frequent this place and am really looking forward to going back there again this friday night. Even when I moved over to St Kilda for a while, I would make the trek over to Thornbury for a meal here coz it's my all time fave!

My partner and I decided on the spur of the moment to swing by this place for dinner and when we arrived it was packed! The biggest problem with that was that there was nowhere to park but aside from that it was great. We got a nice cozy table for 2 right in front of the open fire and although the service was a bit slow, the girls there were very friendly and the food was super delicious! I'll be making a habit of visiting this funky little restaurant more often...the beef chimichanga is amazing!

I rescue injured wildlife and always take the poor critters to Lort Smith...they offer a great service that allows me to surrender the injured animals there for treatment and the system allows me to follow up on their treatment if I want to. A while ago I had to get my dog neutered and my local vet was going to charge me over $600 but my friend who works as a vet nurse at The Lort Smith Animal Hospital offered to book her in there instead at a cost of only $170! Wow...what a saving!! And they truly did an amazing job...the surgery went perfectly, the stitches were nice and neat, the wound healed quickly, and Kaia (my Husky) recovered beautifully and was bouncing around again in no time. Thanks Lort Smith...you rock!

I bought 2 pet rats from this shop, a black one called Coffee and a white one called Cream (both female). Unbeknownst to me, Cream was pregnant and 2 weeks later gave birth to a litter of 13. Narelle (the manager) was good enough to buy the surviving babies from me to sell in the shop. I appreciated her help and great service.

Great staff (who really know their stuff!), HUGE range, and although not the cheapest around...if you sign up to their VIP database you get 10% off premium brand dog and cat foods.

Super customer service and amazing quality of products. Really enjoy shopping at Count Dogulas and Kaia, my Siberian Husky loves it when I shop there too!

The staff were all smiling and friendly but the best thing is they really knew the product and could recommend a suitable pet food for both dogs and cats.
