Got super excited for some fun new scrubs. It’s taken a whole month to have it delivered. And it was taken to the post office instead of being left at my door as requested. I’m a nurse…please tell me when I’m going to have the time to go to the post office? No communication when emailed asking where my order is, yet I get dozens of emails from marketing every week.

Don't expect your order to be dispatched in a timely manner, don't expect any customer service either... they may not even have stock by the look of other comments. However you can expect to receive multiple emails a day about marketing or forgetting something in your cart.
Very bad business model that I won't support ever again

Worst customer service ever!! The first order arrived with the security tag still attached, so I had to take it to a store with the receipt to have it removed. The second order arrived with completely the wrong item. I emailed customer service, and I didn't have a response after two weeks, so I physically took it to a store to seek a refund. I was told because it was marked down, I could not get a refund (even though it was completely the wrong product). I was able to use the price as a credit towards another purchase. Never again!!!!!!!

Dangerfield online has to be the worst online ordering experience of my life! I bought 4 items on the 3rd of January and I got 2 of them confirmed and sent separately? Then my free mask that came with the order also came separately so 3 packages so far which was annoying… TWO weeks later I get an email with a credit saying one of my items isn’t available, why am I finding out TWO weeks later? THREE weeks later I get yet another email with a credit saying the item that I did the whole order for isn’t available now? THREE WEEKS LATER. After I’ve paid and been waiting! The customer service online isn’t helpful at all, they didn’t even respond to my last email with questions. I just tried calling them and I don’t know why I expected competency there but of course, no answer. I now have items that I can’t wear because they go with the main item that I find out THREE WEEKS LATER that I can’t have now. Why have it on the site to buy if they have to “source” all items, they’re selling things to people without even knowing they have the stock!? It’s such a stupid system.
I already wasn’t a fan because of their weird cuts to clothing, nothing fits correctly I noticed, I’m wide and things still gape in the back, where are they getting their measurements from?
This is the end of my purchasing from Dangerfield now. I can’t deal with the online customer service and the flawed online ordering system. Terrible.

I ordered a few items from Princess Highway website end of July and by early September there was still one item that had not arrived. I wrote to their customer support and got a response fairly quickly, which said that the item must have been lost in the post and a replacement would be made and that they would be in contact shorly.

Today is 30 Sept and I have not heard from them again despite that I wrote twice to follow up. I tried to call the custum service number, but was only told " the voice box is full", which means that I could't even leave a message.

I ordered 4 things from Dangerfield & Princess Highway online store. I carefully read the returns policy just incase things didn't fit and I read on the website 'all online orders can be exchanged instore'. Great! So the order came and only two of the 4 items fit. The sizing is weird, I fit one size 10 jean, and one size 12 jean. Where as another size 12 jean didn't fit at all. So after rereading the websites return policy I went into a Dangerfield store and was told I could only exchange online because the order was made online. This makes sense, however completely contradicts what the website says. I called the store later in the day and asked about this and the store employee agreed and said the website was wrong. I had to pay $10 to return the items. Returned them and received a voucher. I was told I could only order items off the Dangerfield website, not Princess Highway where the items were originally from. Weird. Anyway, it's going to take me a while to figure out what I'm going to re-spend my money on as nothing from Dangerfield really fits my aesthetic. The customer service from me emailing and asking and clarifying their policies has been prompt, but the fact that their policy contradicts what it says on the website is a major problem. Wouldn't recommend ordering online from them.

Do not reccomend. My order was forgotten. Then sent the wrong size. Couldn't get a response from the 'customer service team'. Absolutely appalled to have spent $250 on an item I cannot wear...

Worst experience I've had online shopping...EVER! I had never shopped at Dangerfield before but thought I'd give it a try and make use of a good sale. Only 2 items (out of about 9) where half decent. The sizing was weird (not even close to matching the website and also just plain odd), the quality was terrible and I had to pay to return them. When I complained that they had given me a gift voucher that I could only use online, they copied and pasted their returns policy 3 times before I got an actual response. Then told me I had not followed the correct returns procedure (when I had) and basically said tough luck. I'm still debating whether I should report them under the consumer act.

Great alternative clothing and accessories, every time I've shopped here the customer service has been wonderful.
Clothes can be a bit pricey but there are often great bargains and sales.
