I was offered a free facial session just like the others are mentioning, and honestly I am truly glad that I went; because I was a bit sceptical initially. I found out more about my skin's condition in one session, than I have ever known in all the year's I have been getting advice from therapists and sales girls in SK-II and Chanel. I have been spending so much money on brands for nothing in the past years, as my skin has clearly not improved. I am glad I got a free treatment because I decided to become a member and I purchased products that actually do something and help. It is well worth the money, as opposed to wasting money on Chanel and other brands which have no clue.

Came this morning, had my first diagnostics, was nice to find out more about my eczma on my arm that I am trying to get rid of for the past few years. Had a good relief after first treatment already! So hopefully it will be significantly reduced ASAP as I have my wedding in August =)
Thx

I've been recommended by one of my colleagues which was a bit of a surprise
I have acne and was quite concerned whether I can have that gold treatment but lady on a phone reassured me
I went there in April and the time I spent there with beautician was def worth it!
I started using the skin care and biolong device that gradually reduced my acne within the last couple of months. I share my products with sister as she's having acne from early age that saves us money to see skin specialist regularly

I had my facial done yesterday. I didn't believe that I'll see result after the facial. I was gobsmacked. It is just amazing. My skin was lifted. The beautician was very professional. Of course I become a member because I never had those results in my life.

Was truly amazed with skin computer diagnostics as I do have psoriasis so it helped me discover my skin condition a bit further. Already got a few treatments for skin, so far results were quite good. Hoping to get same results from scalp treatment!

I felt compelled to leave a review after my recent experience.
I was called by Deaura Spa Clinic to say I had won a free 90 minute 24 carat gold facial after a friend had recommended him. I asked "whats the catch" and was told nothing, it is a completely complimentary 1.5 hour treatment.
As I work in the sun I went assuming the facial would be relaxing and hydrate my skin and perhaps they would be promoting a cleanser or moisturiser etc.
I went and did not even receive a facial, products were only applied to half of my face and I was told I was suffering from skin conditions I did not have and the 'beautician' implied if I didn't go ahead with the treatments I would get skin cancer.
I was then handed their price lists where they first expected me to pay $10,000 for a series of skin treatments. The girl then left the room and returned with a 'doctor' who halved the cost to $5,000 if I agreed same day.
But this wasn't the worst part, I was literally held captive for a further 2 hours whilst they gave me their heavy sales pitch, they literally would not let me go despite many attempts to say I had to leave, they continued to pressure me to sign up and even forced me to go through my phone to give them contact numbers.
I am not one to be easily forced into anything however, I felt so pressured and the only way I could get out of there was to give them some contact numbers (referrals) and apologise to my friends later.
I could clearly see how this company would get sales because the pressure is like nothing I have ever seen before, if you are a person that is not good at saying no you would easily be forced into signing up to these incredibly expensive treatments just to get out of there.
This company plays on peoples insecurities, and camouflage the marketing scam behind nice uniforms, a pristine space, modern packaging and supposed 'professionals' and only get sales by pressuring people for hours until they give in.
I have reported this very unethical business to avoid any more people falling victim.

Approximate cost: $5000

I had very similar experience yesterday in Budapest (Hungary). They seem to be very professional at pressuring you, I was so shocked I signed an agreement but paid nothing yet-i will cancel it tomorrow, probably they won't let me off easily but what can they do? Israeli-Russian company, what more can I say?

After comparing the experience between us 4 friends it is obvious that they have unqualified staff all using the same sales scripts.

We were told right now they are doing extra promotions by calling and inviting people for free treatments, but judging from the reviews on this site it seems like this is a year round sales method.

This is a product demonstration - not a facial treatment. They highlight your wrinkles, pores, redness, skin tone - all 4 of us were told we had the exact same skin probems and if we wouldn't start using their "professional products" it would just get worse.

Then they apply products on half of your face whilst talking talking talking about how beneficiary they are. They then highlight your changes in the mirror, comparing to the untreated half - of course the two sides will look different even if you only use just coconut oil on half the face!

They first show you the "original prices" of 5 500 something, then changing it to the "special offer only for today" of 3 500 with a deposit of 800, continuing with the other half suddenly remembering the single mom they had the other day that wasn't able to pay the deposit whereas the "beautician" had a word with the manager that lowered it for her, so she will ask you if you want her to try the same for you, she will ask you to cross your fingers for her, run out and come back with a hand written post-it note offering a deposit of 340.

It is striking how the 4 of us went on different days but this "single mom" they suddenly remember was always there the day before, all of us were asked to cross our fingers and all of us were offered to leave a 340 deposit.

We noticed the surveillance cameras so it is obvious that the treatments are monitored and everytime they run out to "change the water" they are coached in what to say.

It is also sad that these young and sweet but obviously unqualified girls work on provision, only being able to make money by clients leaving phone numbers for them to call - which is why they do everything they can to urge you to leave as many phone numbers as possible. They are so desperate mine actually told me that leaving phone numbers to of all my friends is the only way for her to actually make any money, the more numbers one leaves they more she is paid, and she needed at least 18 phone numbers (!).

This is really suspicious sales methods. They only offer voluminous membership packages. Yes the price is probably reasonable for what's included for the year of membership, but why can't you only buy single treatments or one day cream - if that's what you want as a customer?

I heard the customer is always right but they must have missed out on this one since they don't respect you when you decline their offers but keep going about the necessity of using their products, the entire set of them and how good it would do you currently horrible skin.

In all honesty, yes - probably a really good product. For what's included in the membership packages - yes, the prices are reasonable. But the sales methods used along with the only option being signing up for these long-term, extensive memberships just make you think of a really dubious cult.

Approximate cost: $5500

They are in Eastern Europe now...had similar experience yesterday in Budapest, Hungary and....same price! But our monthly average income is 550-650 AUD. So imagine....but they don't care, just pressure you until you give into paying monthly instalments. Israeli-Russian company...says it all....

My experience with DeAura was great. I was recommended by my friend for a free facial treatment .
They started by giving me a complementary computer diagnostic. It was really interesting to see what is going on inside my skin. Then I got my facial treatment and the result was amazing.
I became a member because the result was amazing the product are natural, which is really important for me.
Very good, very professional. Highly recommended.

Approximate cost: $300

Went to my complimentary facial treatment late last year. I did not have much concerns about my face but I did develop hair loss after my pregnancy so I asked about their hair products and services and the quality of ingredients surprised me so I took up the hair gold membership I went to my 3rd hair computer diagnostic last night and I am very impressed with the comparison I must admit my hair started to grow back in areas were it was most bold. I love it so much so I upgraded to platinum yesterday and with platinum I got offered a few complimentary treatments :D now I'm a member for hair and face because I thought it would be better to prevent then cure in the future cause the technology is quite amazing and the skin specialist is looking after me a lot after my pregnancy with my first baby.

Like most received a call advising I'd won a free 90min facial; when I enquired how I was informed a friend had nominated me. I then enquired who this friend was and informed they had done it anonymously when they had a facial their which made me very dubious it was a scam. The spa clinic is very nice and the staff are friendly. However it became very apparent quite quickly that this was a high pressure 90min sell to lock you into purchase their memberships and packages. The skin analysis was visual not done on a high tech machine as I have had done before. The facial itself took maximum 15-20mins whilst being constantly being informed what their products could do for my skin and of the packages available. They actual do the facial of 1/2 of your face so as to show you the results. In all honestly my face would feel different if I put any moisturiser etc on one 1/2 of my face then felt it. The 2nd half of the face you assist using their handheld machine as that is included in these packages worth in excess of $5,000.00. Would I recommend going in if called for a free facial. The answer is no it was a total waste of 90mins. The whole treatment and pitch could be completed in less than 1/2hr. It's the make you feel good spin and sell pitch which takes an hr. What do I think of the products and do I think they work? They felt ok but you can't gauge the affects after 1 treatment.
