I bought a laptop from Dell earlier this year and could not be happier with the service and the quality. I love my new computer and will definitely buy from Dell again.

I've bought a couple of notebooks from Dell over the past 3 years and have had a good experience each time. The goods were delivered on time and in good condition. Their order tracking systems is also quite good. I am also very pleased with their support on the couple of occasions where I received very professional service. I did not experience any delays in instances where an onsite technicians was required,

Had ordered my Dell notebook 2 years ago. Have encountered a few problems since then and thank goodness for the extra warranty was able to get it sent for repairs for free. They keep in regular contact with you when you have a problem and even send people around to your house to get it fixed. They organise shipping as well if it needs to be sent interstate to get it fixed. Excellent service.

I bought my Dell laptop almost a year ago, online. The website is easy to use, and is self-explanatory. However, I was contacted by Dell staff via the phone on the day of ordering, stating that the carry bag I ordered was unavailable in the colour I wanted. I thought this fact should have been stated on the website, NOT when I've already paid for it. In the same order I also purchased a printer. Once the laptop and the printer got delivered, I realised that there was no connection cord included! so i had to place another order (which took 1.5 weeks to be delivered due to a delivery company stuff up!). so 2 weeks later, I was finally able to print my work report!

Have only used them once, but would be back in a flash if i need to buy again. I bought my computer from them 2 years ago. Bought the extra warranty, and haven't needed it. Really good service, if you aren't sure what you are looking at, or about the product, the customer service is good. Fast delivery. Only delivered when i was home.

Brought my PC from Dell 4 years ago. Have never had 1 problem with it. Its runs 24/7 and everything is still running perfectly. Would only ever buy Dell in the future!

I bought my Lapttop from Dell and i have had the best experience with it, no dramas what so ever, they are easy to use, stylish and just have the best customer service. They were quick to deliver and would definately buy from them again.

You won't find any deal better that what they offer. Service is personal, accurate and fast. They are true to their word, they will deliver goods within the specified time.
