A huge thank you to Robin and Christine (who both obviously loves animals) for looking after our greyhound so beautifully while we were away. Although I was initially anxious about leaving Jack,( he is a rescue dog from GAP) both Christine and Robin spent a lot of time explaining their care and the facilities. Robin had vast knowledge of the greyhound breed. On pick up day, Jack looked great! He was obviously happy, had eaten well and his coat was so shiny from his bath! Will definitely be returning. Diamonds is certainly value for money but more importantly, the carers are great with their animals.

If your dog is your surrogate child and you want 5 star luxury at $45 per night then this place probably isn't for you. However, at $19 per night including food, the people that run this place seem like genuinely nice people who like dogs and my dog seemed really happy when we came to pick him up after a 3 week stay. He had really bonded with them, and at the end of the day he was fine when we picked him up.
I called numerous other kennels when researching and this place was half the price of all of them, and many of them put the dogs in cages anyway. I would love our dog to stay at homestay inside a family home, but at $45 per night it is just a luxury I simply can't afford. I would happily send our dog back to Diamond's again, and I had a good experience.

I have been using diamonds boarding kennels for 30years now and i find the staff very friendly. My dogs have always come back happy and there prices are good. Molly

I read a negative comment about Diamonds and I am stunned! The staff are caring and my dog/cats have been beautifully looked after. My dog is a rescue dog and needs tolerance and love. She also needs the care to account for her strong personality and lack of social skills. It's also the perfect place for my cats. The kennels offer great value. I've paid nearly twice as much and my dog got kennel cough!

I have used this kennel prior to my feedback without issues, but will never use again. This Kennel is a bad one, my dog was sick upon pick up & as per the other writers I also needed to take my dog to the vet. I guess you need to do your homework before leaving your pet anywhere. With this kennel the warning signs were there I guess, you only needed to see the conditions from the outside, they are terrible & god knows what goes on behind closed doors. If you luv your pet DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE.....

These guys are great. My dog loves going here and on the several occasions she has been here, my husband and I have had to drag her out the door! She doesn't want to leave! that's a real credit to the owners and operators!
