I can't rate the team at Diamonds International highly enough! Their knowledge and the quality of products were amazing. You need to go in to see their range, the diamonds definitely shine brighter you can really see the difference!!

We purchased my engagement ring from DI in Brisbane. Prior to purchase the staff were very helpful & friendly. However, once I had chosen & paid for my engagement ring, which did not fit properly (based on their measurements) the "service" became extremely rude. I was told to take my concerns to the head of DI, which when I phoned to speak with him, I was then told he had been briefed on the situation & had nothing further to add & refused to speak with me.

Two years on when looking at getting a wedding ring to match I reluctantly went into a different DI branch as figured since I brought my engagement ring from them they would probably be the best place to match a wedding ring with. The woman who served me (store manager) acted as if I was wasting her time, even though I was getting married in two months time & definitely needed a ring(!) and brought my engagement ring from them (which wasn't cheap). After every other store I went into was falling over themselves to help me, this was the rudest experience I have had when organising the wedding. I would NOT recommend DI to anyone. While their before sales service for engagement rings appear great (wedding rings are obviously not a priority), there after sales service is appalling / non-existent.

We went here to choose for an engagement ring for my partner. Initial visit was pretty good, although there is room for improvement with the friendliness of the staff. The staff serving us was patient and understanding and did all he can to help. We left saying we would think about it first before making the decision to buy the ring. Well they were having a sale at that time, and we were reminded to make up our minds quick. I called back in a couple of days to enquire something else about the ring and spoke to this abrupt lady which kept reminding me the price won't last that way for long, and was slightly rude on the phone. I was very disappointed with the shop after , and decided not to buy from them anymore. You should at least be polite on the phone when you work in a shop/company like this to clients.
They do have good quality diamond jewelry, and are quite competitively priced. However, I do refuse to pay a super high markup for diamonds, and prefer to buy from a wholesaler. However, that's to my own opinion.
