when I needed an urgent job done Jason came out ASAP. He always answers his mobile he turns up when he says he will. We have had him do many jobs for us now and each time we get the same impeccable service. Can't recommend enough.

Jason and his team came and installed 58 downlights for our new home and given it was newly built we were concerned tradies would damage the home. He came in with his crew and had the job completed within 7 hours and all was working perfectly. Highly professional friendly efficient and cost effective. We discovered Dimtek Electrical when we needed an urgent electrical job done (the internet connection in our Point Cook branch had ceased working and we needed to get back on line quickly). I did a quick search to find a local electrician who could get here ASAP and fix our problem immediately. Jason answered the phone first understood the urgency and was there in 30 minutes. He found the problem quickly and got us back online. Since then (two years ago) Dimtek Electrical has done all our electrical work no matter how big or small. They did the electrical fit-out of our new factory extension in Sunshine North (including all power and data points for the entire factory) as well as our new Moorabbin sales branch. They also do any personal electrical work (such as replacing ceiling fans and pendent lights in my home) and I have referred them to other friends and family members who have had nothing but praise for their expertise and professionalism always delivered with a happy smile. Jason and his team are always on-time they work hard and are courteous neat helpful and capable. Their prices are competitive and their technical capability is fabulous. I highly recommend them.

Emailed Jason first thing in the morning and I had five new lights fitted by early afternoon. Great service great price very friendly. Will definitely use them again for future jobs. Highly recommended.

Called and spoke to management. They said they were busy and to sms them the details of what I want and they would provide me a quote. I sms the details to them of what I wanted that night and never heard back from them for a week. I then called them again the week after and they said to sms them again with the details. I sent it again to them that night and didn't get a response. I then followed up another sms on that weekend and got no response. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The electricians at Dimtek have been extremely helpful. i have used them both personally and in my business. they are very respectful of their environment (work clean and clean up after themselves which is always important according to my wife!) the electrician provided advice and guidance as to the best way to approach my job and when he has done jobs for my clients he is easily contactable and always gets the job done right.

Jason did heaps of electrical work for us including: installing new lights both inside and outside including downlights moving switches adding additional power points including 15amp and 3-phase installing data points hardwiring our smoke detectors and adding a new sub board with RCD safety switches. He was always on time knowledgeable quick and reasonably priced. He will definitely be doing all our electrical work in the future.
