An absolute five star experience from the time I dropped by cat off at Divine Creatures until I picked him up again. The girls at Divine Creatures really know about customer service and do a wonderful job. I even received an email and photo from my cat during my holiday. I would certainly recommend Divine Creatures.

I have had a number of issues leaving my cats at our local vet, on a number of occasions they have come home with fleas and have suffered from behavioural issues. I was made aware of Divine Creatures after I saw them on TV, I booked my animals in that day and knew that I made the right decision. Bree was extremely caring, very understanding and took time to alleviate all of my concerns. The cats got a holiday and returned home well rested, without fleas and behavioural problems! I will not take them anywhere else.

Oscar loves going to Divine, which is great as I never have to feel guilty about going away and leaving him. He has been going a few times a year since he was a kitten and loves seeing his Aunties! The staff are great to him and sometimes send me messages and photos to tell me what he is up to. He snuggles and purrs a lot when he is there and really enjoys the jungle gym to have a stretch and play. Oscar always settles in quickly when he checks in, but also settles back home quickly when he returns, and always looks healthy and happy when I collect him. I tried boarding him at a couple of other places when he was young (no cheaper than Divine) but he was completely traumatised! Thanks to all at Divine for your VIC service and genuinely caring for my quirky boy. See you soon!

My cat Maggie loves coming here for her "holiday" and we love going on our "holiday" knowing she is being cared for by the wonderful people at Divine Creatures. The condos are fantastic - clean, bright and spacious. There is a great choice of sizes and styles which cater for every budget. The most important thing is the wonderful care that the cats are given during their stay. Not only are they given very high quality food and their "condo" kept clean and fresh but they are given lots of love and attention by the staff and can even enjoy play time in the "jungle room". I've also recently sent my cat in for a grooming session and she has come home looking, feeling and smelling gorgeous. They are gentle and caring and always put your cat first. I wouldn't send Maggie anywhere else - can I give them 6 stars - 5 isn't enough.

I just left my two kittens at Divine Creatures for 7 weeks. I was so nervous about leaving them for such a long time. My first contact with Jules, I was sure there was the best place for them to be! The staff was incredible! I received weekly updates and pictures. I know they were loved while I was away. Little Barry didn't want to come home.. I would never choose any other place for them to stay. Thank you so much girls!

My son Sylvester is PRICELESS, and therefore, his home-away boarding / hotel accommodation with absolute Cleanliness, Safety, Professional Kind and Caring Staff team to care for him during my every absence away is top Important for him. Not that I do not miss / stress when he is being taken care of, but there is a good level of "PEACE OF MIND" trusting that Jules and her Divine Creatures team members will do their best to provide a sincere caring Minding service to my son means a lot to me and my partner. My son is my priority love, and always miss / think of him whenever I am not with him. Cost is important, but good experienced and quality caring with a good heart from DC team is PRICELESS.

I would not leave my cat Trilby anywhere else. She has stayed with Divine Creatures a number of times and always comes home happy and healthy. I have dealt most with Robyn and Bree and they treat my baby like one of their own. I wouldn't go or recommend anywhere else. Thank you!

Great experience putting our kitten in here. She's not particularly fussy, but she is shy. When we got her back, she was her normal self. Her dietary requirements were satisfied as requested. Great place to send your cat, well definitely be using them again.
