Selfish of me I know, but do not put your cat here! Only because I want to make sure there is room for mine! The secret is out though. You are the best. To all who care for Millie each stay, I think you are all exceptional at what you do and send big hugs and sincere thanks. Thank you for understanding Millie's personality and being so gentle and loving with her. It means so much to her (even though she won't admit it), and for me it brings peace of mind. Thanks also for continually exceeding my expectations. Every interaction I have with you is always positive. Oh and everything about your accommodation is just divine of course. Jules, Bree, Robyn and the staff at Divine Creatures are exceptional. They are always professional, kind, attentive and very competent. They are truly lovely people who have excellent customer service. Divine Creatures is a beautiful environment with beautiful, helpful staff.

I wouldn't board my two cats anywhere else! Oscar and Lulu come home super relaxed and in good spirits and obviously have been well cared for. For my two cats they stay in the New York apartment and this seems a good size for them to hang out in. Divine Creatures staff really care and seem to know my cats well. 100% recommend :-)

My girl has just come back from her holiday and she enjoyed it. Really friendly staff and a great atmosphere (for the humans as well as the guests). Jules and the team go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and relaxed. Especially if you live on the North side, Divine Creatures is convenient and nothing short of superb. You know something is good when your cat doesn't want to leave!

My tip is to book early to avoid disappointment - a great place like this books up faster than a five star resort for humans!

Excellent, we feel bad leaving our gorgeous cat when we go away but know that Devine Creatures taken genuine great care of her. Would definitely recommend them.

At Divine Creatures the staff come across as a caring and devoted team who is prepared to give your cat individually tailored attention. My cat is a big chicken, so it was great that his "bedroom" was private so he could hide away as necessary. One gets the impression that all that can be done for your cat to make his/her stay comfortable will be done. I highly recommend this place.

Exceptional and Unique. We have been using Divine Creatures for almost two years. More than a dozen visits, more than 30 night's stay! We absolutely trust DC. We have booked our cat into various sized rooms, have decided that the New York Apartment is the one. If you plan on using DC, find a room that your cat(s) like and try and stick to that one when possible. Once your cat visits a few times, book a themed room for a treat . A recommendation from the owner Jules when we first spoke to her on the phone, was for our cat Boris to stay there for more than 1 day initially (max 3) in a minimum style accommodation, to get used to the idea. Then again not too soon after for another 2 or 3 days. We agreed and it has worked out perfectly. The 1st visit, Boris wasn't impressed. You know when your cat is not happy. The 2nd time was indifferent. From then on, we have no behavioral issues, and when we get him home, he's a spritely cat excited to see us again, and with affection, rather than ignoring us. We highly recommend Divine Creatures in Willoughby, without question.

TIP
If relevant. Our cat is an indoor only cat, applying flea prevention at least a week before your visit to DC works great for us. We often applied it same day, however this stressed out the cat too much. He is much happier going for a visit to DC when we apply the flea prevention well before checking in.

This is the best, cleanest, most professional minding service I have found, don't use your vets accommodation, this is far far better and our kids are well looked after. The come home happy and contented
