As a qualified vet nurse and having worked in animal welfare for the past four years, animal care and comfort is absolute paramount for me. Especially when deciding on suitable holiday accommodation for my own pets.
I have had Diesel for seven years and Meeka for five years. They are well and truly my babies, I could not imagine my day to day routine without my furkids.
Being so disappointed with cattery experiences, I actually stopped going on holidays!!! I finally researched catteries in Sydney and decided to try a classy cat boutique I read up on in the Northern suburbs of Sydney. Living in Lidcombe (Western Sydney) it can be quite a drive but I decided it was worth trying due to the great reviews online.
So in February 2013 I decided to book my cats in for a Fijian themed holiday room as I was off to Fiji myself. I remember dropping them off, I met with Jules the owner and she was more then understanding with my nerves and let me stay as long as I need to say my goodbyes.
When I picked Diesel and Meeka up after their first stay I remember thinking how relaxed they were and how lovely their coats looked from daily brushing.
Since then they have boarded with Jules and the girls every time I have to go away. I genuinely feel safe leaving my babies with their caring and loving staff and my pets are happy every single time I collect them. I have also been spolit by the Divine Creatures team with photo emails which really made my day when I was away for work.
I can honestly say that Divine Creatures Pet Boutique & Luxury Boarding is Diesel and Meekas home away from home.

Our two Burmese boys checked into a New York apartment for our month away and were happy and relaxed the whole time. The staff are wonderfully friendly and knowledgable about cats, and gave the boys lots of cuddles and attention. They sent us two lots of photos while we were away to put our minds at rest as this was the first time the boys had been in boarding school. We will definitely book them in again when we go away next.

Our experience of Divine Creatures has been fabulous. The cleanliness, the staff as well as the cater itself is amazing. Divine Creatures is highly recommended.

This place is amazing, the staff truly love cats and their acclimation is simply amazing!! I've used other cat boarding places before but going forward I will only now use divine creatures, I love this place I felt at ease leaving Storm in care at Divine Creatures

It makes a huge difference to drop him off, & go off & enjoy my holiday, knowing that he is extremely happy & in the best possible care with you & your whole team. He is always so happy in there & often comes out better behaved than when he went in!
Thank goodness I found you guys, as after living in the Ireland & the UK, we were so used to high quality, good size condo, catteries, from all aspects but i have to say Jules, the amount of thought you have put into the design, lay out & comfort for our feline friends, surpasses anything i have ever come across, both sides of the Globe! Along with the constant attention & professionalism of your staff & excellent communication levels. Eg. Whilst on hols etc I cannot remember now how many times ' whisk' has visited but between 4 conferences a year & at least 1 holiday, it must be well over 10 x plus.
Working in the industry, with a large Animal Health company, I am constantly in a position to see what else is out there & i have to say, i have not come across anywhere else that offers what you do, along with such loving, caring staff.

‘I was referred to Divine Creatures by Charlie's specialist vet. Charlie and I were about to move house and I wanted him to be cared for on the days surrounding the move, by someone who was able to administer liquid medications twice daily. He had also had a recent stay and investigations at the vet for urinary issues in addition to the issues requiring the medication. On the day of arrival at Divine Creatures, I was allowed to place Charlie in his ‘unit' and did not have him taken from me as has been the case at other facilities we have used. He was made to feel very comfortable by the carer and as a result, I felt happy leaving him. On the day of pickup, I was informed that a very close eye was kept on Charlie and some concerns over his urinary health were raised with me. A trip back to the vet was in order! I was so thrilled that Charlie was given very close attention and that there did not seem to be any issues with administering his medication. When Charlie originally started his medication, a number of carers at the vet hospital had commented that he was a bit unco-operative with taking it. At this point I feared that I may never be able to take another holiday again! I now know this is not the case and will have no hesitation about leaving Charlie at Devine Creatures with Jules. I have been completely overwhelmed by Jules' care of, concern for and obvious fondness of Charlie, both during his stay and post discharge. She has been nothing short of impressive! Thank you Jules and all your fabulous staff. Money cannot buy peace of mind. We will definitely be back!'

I had my two cats stay at several catteries already and was satisfied with most of them, but nothing compares to Divine Creatures! My experience with everybody from the first contact to picking up my cats in the end was outstanding. I have never experienced anything like this before! Whenever I called, the team was more than happy to give me a detailed update on how my cats are going and I never had to explain who I am. They knew me, they knew my cats and knew exactly what they had been up to. Apart from that my cats got a free upgrade - just because the team at Divine Creatures had a bedroom vacancy. This cattery is just absolutely fantastic and I can't thank the team enough for how great they looked after my two cats!

We had two separate holidays for our 16 yr old cats. Each 2-3 weeks. They had not been on a holiday from home for many years. They were happy healthy and relaxed after their time with the very lovely calm but happy staff at Divine. Our old ladies will be having another holiday in the months to come!

I was quite reluctant to leave Princess while I was on holidays but I knew from the first time I had inquired at Divine Creatures that I picked the best possible cattery for her to board in. From start to finish management & staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, patient and personable. They made me feel a lot more comfortable about leaving my little girl while I went away, all having the best interests of the cat at heart.
Divine Creatures is very well decorated, clean and well stocked - It was the perfect place for my pampered pus!
