totally 100% reliable, honest and trustworthy. Our dog is treated as he is at home, and could not be loved any more than we do. He is really happy to be there.

They look after our dog like it is there own i highly recommend them for caring for your dogs needs while you are away this service is much better than a boarding very happy

Don't Fret Pet is the best dog minding service ever! I can happily go on holidays knowing my two beautiful girls are so loved and pampered and having a wonderful holiday of their own in a loving, family home! They are always so excited when arriving at their holiday home, with lots of licks and cuddles and always very happy when I pick them up. They are just so, so wonderful!! Janene, Tony and Kay are fantastic! Beautiful people, very professional, and most of all they love and adore dogs.

Firstly I wanted to say thank you for helping me find an amazing home for my dog Honey! She had an absolute ball with Daphne and I am so happy with the service provided on all sides. YAY!

I have used this service 4 times now and am very impressed, my boy has always had a good time. Basil is a rescue doggie so I didn't want to put him in a kennell. I was concerned about where he was going to stay. This service was exactly what I had been looking for. I had such a fantastic experience I have now become a minder so I too can give other owners peace of mind.

Rosie was greeted with lots of love when we arrived and she ran straight up to Karyn to give her hugs and licks. I felt confident leaving Rosie with Karyn as I could see Rosie liked her a lot.
Karyn sent me pictures and an update of Rosie and bought her 2 toys (which she let her keep, Rosie loves playing with them). I loved that Karyn sent me the pics and an update, it was really thoughtful of her. When we arrived on Sunday to pick up Rosie she was pleased to see us and jumped up and licked us as expected but she also went back to Karyn and gave her licks too – which I thought was great. This showed me that Rosie was very comfortable with both Karyn and Lauren.
We got everything packed into the car and drove off then I realised that we didn't get Rosie's ‘inside' bed so we just turned around and went back (was only a couple of minutes after we'd left). I called out to Karyn apologising that we didn't grab the bed and she came to the door and had been having a little cry. She was sad that Rosie had left. Karyn's family were having a bit of a giggle that Karyn was upset because Rosie had left, but my heart grew bigger and I liked Karyn even more than before. Not sure if Karyn would like me telling you that part but it was lovely for me to see that she felt that way. Karyn is a true dog lover and it really showed, Rosie was very well looked after and obviously got lots of love and cuddles.
Thank you so much for sending us Karyn's way. We'd love to use her again if she's available next time we go away as I feel fully at ease that our little Rosie Mae would be well loved and cared for.

OMG...just wanted to say a huge thank you to Judy for looking after Daisy while we were away. What a beautiful kind hearted lady. Made us a family feel very welcome and Daisy looked her too. We were so worried that Daisy would fret but Judy spoilt her rotten as we would at home. Thanks Don't Fret Pets for matching us up with Judy, will use her again FOR SURE.

Karin was very lovely. She and Roy did seem to get on well while I was there. It was great that he settled in and they enjoyed each other's company.

Karin was only too happy to cater for Roy's routine and well-being as requested. Roy certainly seemed happy and adjusted on my return. I think he'll miss her big backyard.

I would both recommend Karin and look to have her mind Roy again if the need arises.
