Thanks for finding someone at such short notice. Couldn't be happier with the doggy sitter Judy. She spoilt the dogs and kept us informed. Sending my wife some photos was a nice touch. Would be more than happy to take them back there.

Just thought I would give you feedback from our experience with Nicole.

I had called after our first day away to check how Matilda was going and Nicole was great and told me that Matilda had been upset at first but was eating and drinking and fitting in already. I appreciated her honesty as I really would rather know if there are problems than be told everything is perfect and it isn't. She told me about some things Matilda had started doing that were definite signs she was comfortable – like sitting in laps to watch TV, following people around, and joining in with her dogs in their activities. This was excellent to hear and I didn't worry at all from that moment.

We picked up Matilda from Nicole yesterday (we had booked until today) as we got home before our expected time and were missing her so much that when I rang Nicole she was happy for me to come over and get her. Matilda was really pleased to see me, but I was just so delighted to watch how happy and content she had become in Nicole's home. Both Nicole and her children were excited to tell me all the things Matilda got up to, from how they went out of their way to ensure she ate enough, to how she was involved in their daily routines – apparently Matilda woke the kids in the morning with cuddles and so they were up for school early each day. I almost felt bad to take her away! They all farewelled Matilda with cuddles and good wishes and I could only give them all a hug in thanks.

I hope that Nicole is available in the future to care for Matilda when needed. I am sure I would never be able to find another person/family/place that would be as accommodating and caring as this. Thank you for helping us find her. I will definitely recommend her (through Don't Fret Pet) to others I know as I am sure they will be as happy as we are.

Wonderful service and we think the name should be "Don't Fret Owner" as we could tell that the minder really loved dogs and was going to spoil our Bella. When we got back Bella was pleased to see us but quite happy to sit on Jan's, the minder, lap while we chatted. I could not recommend more highly.

Owner of business was friendly and promptly replied to all of my emails. He found a family quite close to our home, who cared for our dog even better than we do! Our dog was treated like a pampered member of the family. The peace of mind this gave us while we were away was brilliant. I know our dog would have been extremely distressed if we left her in a kennel. This service is such a brilliant alternative to a kennel, I would recommend it to anyone.

Jasmine has arranged care for our 14-year-old Golden on two occasions so far, and we've been delighted both times. I especially appreciated the very thorough getting-to-know-you process that enabled Tess to be cared for by just the right minder. I'm very happy to recommend Don't Fret Pet.

We have used this service several times through Jasmine, and had a fantastic experience. We had a 3 mth puppy who was too young to be place in a kennel when we had to be away for 10 days. So we found Jasmine at last minute. She was very caring, and found us a solution quickly. When we picked up our puppy, he looked like he had a ball and really cared for. Can't recommend enough if you have a puppy or have a dog that needs the extra attention.

We have used this pet minding service a few times now and it is so comforting to know that our beloved dog is being well looked after when we are away on holidays. Very easy to arrange - all done on the internet - but our dog was'introduced' to her minder for a sleepover before the actual holiday minding began. Worth every cent.

The difference with this service from others is that (for those who normally spoil their pets) the minder is willing to spoil your pet also! You meet the minder first, taking your pet along with you so the minder and pet can meet each other. This meeting is done at the minders home, allowing you to inspect their home and yard. Because the minder takes care of your pet EXACTLY as you would yourself, it is total peace of mind, allowing you to get on with whatever your reason for being away. I highly recommend this service.
