I went to the EBDG for Sleep Dentistry as Australian Unity who I am with as a medical provider did not provide this service. A previous dentist had trouble deadening the nerve on a tooth and I decided to have some Sleep Dentristry to solve this problem. I firstly had a consultation with the dentist and then the anaethetist and found both to be very approachable and thorough. On the day of the procedure everything went to clockwork. Everything was explained to me in detail. I did not feel anything and cannot even recall the actual work being done. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, one which I would recommend to anyone who is a bit skittish about dental work. The anaethetist also gave me a follow up call the following day to check on my wellbeing. I told him I had no after effects and was very happy with everything. I found the whole experience very professional

After seeing all the great reviews on WOMO for this dental service, I plucked up my courage and booked an appointment for a check up and clean. The receptionist was efficient and understanding when I explained my fear of dentists. High tech equipment put me at ease and I only needed one filling which I've since had done. Whilst don't think I will ever be truly comfortable at the dentist I will be going back to this one. thank you

Every time I go to the East Bentleigh Dental Clinic I am overwhelmed by the fantastic service I receive and the lovely staff. The environment is also very light and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I have been attending this clinic for some years. Being on a low income, I found I was offered the option of paying over time, something that enabled me to consider have done, work that would otherwise have been out of my financial reach. I was also offered reduced rates for the work done.
Just recently, i thought that I had an abscess, but it didn't show up on x-rays and other treatment was initiated to deal with my pain, and that resolved it. Following that, I received a phone call from the office staff to see if I was okay, and the next day, from the Dentist himself, Harry Marget who is not only a brilliant dentist, but very kind (and very amusing).

I have not been to a denist (for myself) in over 20 years. I sent an enquiry email yesterday about sleep dentistry and was called back by a very friendly and understanding lady who booked me in to see Dr. Marget this morning for a consult. I was treated respectfully and with great compassion as my nerves got the better of me and I am now very excited at the prospect of having my work done whilst I sleep and restoring my smile, something I have desperately wanted for a long time. The staff and Dr Marget could not have been nicer and in spite of what I know is a mouth full of problems were nothing but supportive and positive.

I am currently having braces done by Dr. Deepak Jayakumar who is personable and very proficient. My treatment is going well, and every office visit has gone smoothly. The office and staff are top notch.

I've been a client of EBDG for close to 2 years and have always been impressed with the high level of service provided to me. The reception staff are attentive and always greet me with a smile. Whether it's having my teeth cleaned, a cavity filled or the extensive orthodontics work that I've had, the Dentists and their assistants have always been highly professional and personable. During each visit, I'm always satisfied with the level of care they display. They give me up to date progress on my teeth and are always happy to answer any questions I have. They ensure that I'm fully aware of the best methods to relieve any discomfort or pain and outline to me the most practical and effective way to care for my orthodontics. Going to the dentist feels like a pleasant experience with EBDG. My teeth have improved dramatically and I very much look forward to having my braces removed and finally revealing a smile that I've always wanted. Highly recommended.

The staff and the practitioners at East Bentleigh Dental group are so amazing.
My daughter was quoted for braces by the nicest man Depak , who put us at ease and gave her an appointment for a weeks time and was almost thousands of dollars less expensive than previous quotes.
Harry Marget is the kindest dentist I have ever been to. He was sensitive to my previous not so wonderful dental experiences and put me at ease. The options he suggested were far less drastic than those presented to me before and his prices are so reasonable.
All the staff are very personable and friendly.
We couldn't be more thrilled to have discovered East Bentleigh Dental.

My experience EBDG was not as warm or inviting as they make out on their website. I was processed thru their reception system without a smile. Dr Jade Sun attended to my broken filling professionally but then informed me I had 5 cracked fillings and I should have these capped (one per year covered and fully paid by the HCF fund). I paid my bill for the visit and left. Three days later I received an $105 invoice in the mail for teeth cleaning which i did not have done. I phoned EBDG and was advised "they would look into it and phone me right back". To date I have not recieved a return phone call. I will look for a more rewarding dental experience elswhere. 27/11/12 Footnote EBDG accounts dept did contact me a week later to apologise and advised me that the $105 invoice was a mistake
