Good selection of clothing and shoes however extremely overpriced for a second hand shop. Pair of boots were $25 and I can get boots on special for this price brand new. These stores were designed to help people and not send people broke. No wonder it was so empty in there, I saw so many people walk in then out again. Lower your prices and remember the reason you started the Salvation Army cause.

Popular bakehouse that myself and aunt and uncle stopped in on the way to Daylesford to see another relative. Very busy which was ok, service was great however pies that we ordered were luke warm. I honestly have had better service and hot pies closer to home of the same quality to be honest.

This store is an absolute disgrace. The person who I contacted by phone to hold a gift for my Uncle who is a huge Collingwood fan had the same name as myself, which is not common, Trish. She asked me several times my name and then when I went to collect the item after work they didn't have it in stock, she didn't remember, however as I remembered her name, again not hard as it was the same name as mine, the manager stepped in and proceeded to order the item for me. I only purchased the item in the end for my Uncle but I will never ever shop at this store again. No discount was offered or anything even though I needed to go there twice. Not to mention the followup phone calls on the estimated time of arrival of product by myself, not the store itself. An absolute disgrace.

I would like to say it is a most welcome change since moving down here to have a Woolworths that treats customers like customers. The young little lady at the front desk is always smiling and friendly as are the staff members in self assisted checkouts. The staff on the floor are always there to guide you with a smile. Dr Harry Margot and Robyn have never ever made my life more easier at the dentist. I suffer extreme dental phobia from horrid dentists in the past and I left the surgery walking on air knowing that my own teeth can be saved and no major issues. I have not been to a dentist for more than 10 years due to this fear and I feel so relieved. They are a wonderful team, a huge credit to the lovely receptionists also - they make you feel welcome and comforted. I would shout you guys from the roof top of everywhere. Thank you
