I warn all don't fall for this scam. I was told after repeatedly asking is no payment plan is pay $60 for 100 meals now have $600 bill and debt collectors after me and a tainted credit rating. (ive said to collectors I refuse to pay is a scam.) I spoke to Indian lady that laughed at me for falling for there marketing scam and I told her I refuse to pay take me to court I want it aware what you are doing.

You people dont know wat talking about. They are delicious meals great service everything is said over phone plus get email stating wat was just said over phone as conformation. Very helpful and great customer service

This food is terrible,not worth the money they're asking , I've had ration packs that are heaps better than this crap...please avoid this company should not be operating.

Wouldn't recommend, thought I had a choice of meals, weekly, they sent me months of food with no choice & i have no place to keep itI!!!! Requested NO peas & got 6 pkts x 2 serves of PEA & ham soup. WTF??? I didn't realize I was committed for payment for 10 payments, you suck

The woman on the telephone assured me it was a one off of 84.00 as I wanted to try it out for when we have to travel. I only needed a little bit as I have a small family. I haven't gotten the food yet but the first bill came today and it said $840.00. I just about had a heart attack. The manager on the phone said that I can send them back. Haven't gotten the food yet, but I will send them back and I pray I get refunded. 840.00 is a lot of prepacked food. I will keep you all informed on how it goes. Just to let you know, it is not one off. They first bill you for 84.00 and then almost 800.00. Don't get scammed.

The meals were Fantastic, helped me a lot especially in losing 15kg in two weeks! Guaranteed very helpful!

After reading other reviews I see many have experienced similar issues as I have. My whole experience was negative with this company. I feel totally disappointed with my dealings with them.
Harassed by salesman at the start to lack of communication when endeavouring to complain about the meals. I have needed to close my bank account to stop them accessing my funds.

This was an expensive lesson to bare so don't be conned by them.

Recommend you hang up the phone if approached by this 'business'.
I failed in cancelling my order, resulting in a loss of $83. The lady I spoke to was no helpful and recommend I try to stop payment from my bank. The payment had already been taken. Poor business ethics and customer service. What a waste of time, energy and money.

Bad experience. Watch out for cancellation fee's even though they have not despatched. Sales people chase your business but hard to talk to anyone if there is a problem. Took me 3 phone calls to their call centre and repeated promises they would contact me. I had to demand to be put through to a "Solution Manager" which turned out to be an oxymoron of a job title. Would not recommend dealing with company. They took $83 out of my account and even though I cancelled more than a week before it was due for despatch I will not get that money back.

10 (unanswered) calls every day this week. Wouldn't you think they'd have wised up by now ? I see they appear to have some satisfied clients, but every call makes me more determined to have nothing to do with them. I'd like to give them no stars, but the site won't allow it :(
