10 (unanswered) calls every day this week. Wouldn't you think they'd have wised up by now ? I see they appear to have some satisfied clients, but every call makes me more determined to have nothing to do with them. I'd like to give them no stars, but the site won't allow it :(

Since we moved to Queensland we have had our car serviced here three times. Up till the last, we had no complaints. We also bought a set of tyres from them.
After a couple of months we noticed one of the tyres had lost pressure, so we pumped it up. We observed a few weeks later that it was again looking sad and reinflated it. By the third time, we realized we had a slow leak and on the next service we specifically asked for this to be investigated. The report came back that it was fine - no leak had been found after exhaustive testing.
No surprise then that the problem persisted and we finally took it to a tyre specialist, who not only found the leak in less than 5 minutes, but advised us that the tyre was beyond repair and needed replacing. The conclusion I draw from this is that either Ultratune had not bothered to test for the leak, or had just not found it. Either way, they were either cynically negligent or grossly incompetent.
I did not bother to return to claim the warranty on a 5-month old tyre. Some businesses you do not bother to deal with after they have let you down.

Came within 24 hours with a variety of tools for the job, spent about 2 hours and was meticulous.

We have used John a number of times and have always found him friendly, reliable, competent and honest. After several disappointing experiences with electrical and other tradesmen we couldn't believe our luck when we found John. We listed our property with Finnings on Friday, it was under contract by Sunday for far more than we had expected. Frank was very communicative in the period up to the contract becoming unconditional and if there was an extra star available we would have awarded it. The best features of using this agent, apart from the result that we were very happy with, was that as well as the no sale, no fee clause which most agents now offer, we also had a campaign free of advertising costs and, best of all, no open house viewings. Frank, we forgive you for insisting on a 120 day campaign, since you made 117 of those days redundant. Again, we would not hesitate to recommend Finnings to family, friends or anyone else.
