I've been a member of Ebay for a number of years now - both buying & selling. In all that time I have only had one buying problem where I didn't receive the item (if I had used Paypal it wouldn't have been a problem).
With my selling, I have had a few people not follow through, but as I still had the items if wasn't a problem.
I have had many good experiences and found Ebay to be something to learn from as I went.
The recent changes of 30 free listing per month, and free photos in the listings have made a huge difference to the way I can sell my products.

Speaks for itself largely, a bit of a minefield and one that has to be treated with some caution, but there are always some absolutely amazing bargains if you look in the right place, and with the recent influx of retail shops starting to sell their merchandise on ebay, it has now become one of the cheapest place to pick up certain items brand new, aswell as used, in the traditional auction format.

I have been a ebay member for nearly 10 years now and it has really bloomed in that period. Its always a great place to start when wanting to buy any item big or small.

I sell and buy on ebay. They make it very easy to run your on little store on their site giving you that extra bit of pocket money. For people who say they have many bad experiences buying on Ebay I say read the feedbacks carefully and you can more often then not work out the shonky dealers and find the genuine bargain buys. Rarely I have not been happy with my buys on Ebay but I do the research before buying.

This has been a great and very successful business. I have both bought and sold using this website. Sometimes I have got a bargin and made money and sometimes I have felt it was a waste of time. It really is- ignoring the money side of it a great recycling business.

i love ebay, i always check the site before buying anything big as can get some great bargains on there. i have had no issues when selling things in the past on this site.

Ebay was fantastic to buy and sell with when it first started but it is much harder to find a good bargain on there these days. Also selling fees have gone up quite a bit. I still cant help myself and still have to check it out from time to time.

I love eBay! You can find just about everything you want on eBay from clothing to kids toys to computer games. Most eBay sellers and buyers are honest and will help you out.

Excellent place. highly Recommended. I love e-bay. It has been a great way for me to search for products and find bargains. I started by buying two bras, brand new and still with tags on them for half the price than i would have paid in store and they were the exact size i wanted.
However since i started purchasing on e-bay about 3 years ago, i have purchased DVD movies and tv-show seasons that look like new but are pre-owned and approx half the price or less than what i would pay in store or online elsewear.
I also have purchased some wii games and DS games as well as some self-help type books.
I find most people are cleaning out their houses of unwanted items to clear some clutter for more space.
I reciently purchased some music cd's of my favourite songs that i have not heart in over 10 years. Its been a top experience for me. I always pay through paypal because it is secure and safe. I try to purchase always from Australia however i have purchased once from america and once from the UK and both have been good and pleasant. Payment is required within 3 days unless you email the seller and let them know/have good communication and arrange for other.
You both give feedback to each other that is visible to others so that it is safe and other people can see from this your trustworthy.

I've bought from ebay plenty of times and most of my experiences have been pleasant. I've never tried to sell on ebay, I will admit that I find it a little confusing. But buying & bidding is simple and easy to understand (and okay, fun too!)
