Installed Braemar LCB450 to double story home. Michael and team did a great job - ducting is really well hung and I can still move around the roof cavity without getting tangled in duct work. They arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was done. Good communications from first inquiry to quote to install. I would recommend EPP without hesitation.

I've rescheduled 2 times and Michael was very patient and kind to cater to my needs. He undertood my needs to "hide" the air-con compressor from the roof line. They turned up on time. They even cleared the empty boxes of the air-cons that I didn't purchase from them and was not messy. They did extra work but stick to the fixed price we originally agreed to.

Had an old central heating system replaced by Michael. He was highly professional and efficient, arrived within the 30 min window that he specified, was very reasonably priced, cleaned up any mess involved in the work, and emailed the compliance certificate that same day!
