I called Michael after another firm had inspected my old ducted heating system and told me it had major problems and would have to be replaced. They quoted a very high price for a new unit. I thought I should seek a second opinion and rang Michael to quote on a replacement. Michael was able to come over that afternoon and after an inspection of the unit, sorted out the problem and fixed the unit for a very reasonable price. He tested the system thoroughly, ensuring that it was safe to use. I was very impressed by his courteous manner, his knowledge and technical skills and his fairness. I would highly recommend him and will call him again if I have any plumbing problems around the house.

Our duct heating broken down, Michael came to give a free quote. He is very polite and punctual. He spent whole morning installing the heating, checked each duct very carefully before left. I will definitely use him again , and recommend him to my friends. jean

Broken down ducted heating, contacted via email and he quickly responded within the day. Very thorough and did not charge for a call out to assess the system. Organized the replacement within the week and he spent almost half to three quarters of the day here to make sure everything was set up and even worked through lunch! He organized removal of the old unit and took the time to walk through the operation of the new system and some pointers on servicing. Very polite, punctual and punctual (he provided a half hour timeframe in which he would arrive and did!). I would definitely not hesitate to use him again in the future. Michael from Efficient Pure Plumbing came out to give me a quote on a Ducted Heater. I had 3 quotes and he was by far the most professional. He was also $200 cheaper than the nearest quote. I would recommend Michael and his team again. Thank you for such an efficient service.

Ducted Heating would not come on so called Michael to come in to have a look. Michael checked the heating unit and it was all working fine. Found out it was the thermostat controller that was faulty. Had it replaced and even went an extra mile cutting a gas pipe for my kitchen renovation.

During recent renovations of my house I had to get all my ducted heating under the house replace. I got 3 different company's to do a quote. Michael was by far best to deal with at the initial call out to quote. He did not charge a call out fee, the other 2 did. He did not try to convince me that my actual heating unit(4 years old) needed to be replaced, the other 2 did. He did not claim that there would be extra charges for excavation as one end of my house was lower than the other, the other 2 did. He spent a good 10 mins underneath my house, the other 2 looked from the access opening. He took a copy of my house plan to work out a the most cost effective & balanced way to replace the duct system, the other 2 said they didn't need it. Michael included removal/disposal of old ducts in his price they other 2 did not. I told all 3 I just wanted a price on replacing the duct system under the house and removal/disposal of the old system. Michael emailed me my quote after a week they other 2 did it on the spot. Michael was 1100 cheaper than one quote and 1400 cheaper than the other. So I booked him in. He arrived on time with another worker to do the job. He introduced his fellow worked when they arrived. These 2 did not waste a second, they systematically replaced the whole house, one working under the house while the other was inside the house. All care was taken to keep the house clean of mess and belongings safe. They had the job done and trailer loaded full of the old system in a matter of hours. I vacuumed each vent after they left to clear a little bit of dirt which is too be expected. My friend who is in the building industry was extremely impressed with the price and went under the house to have a look, he said that they had done an excellent job, they didn't cut any corners and used quality parts. So I was extremely pleased. I have since had a air con unit installed, & replaced the internal heating control. And again Michael was professional, cost effective and reliable on both these occasions. I then got Michael out to assess my grandmothers ducted heating system as she had been scared by scammers telling her that the house would burn down if she didn't get her ducts regularly clean. Michael did a proper assessment of her system and assured her that she did not need to spend any money cleaning or repairing it as it was in fine working order. He did not charge her anything for his time. My grandmother felt very comfortable with him in her home. Because of this she will now use him to replace her hot water service and old pipes. Overall I can say that I would recommend Michael to any of my friends or family for their plumbing,heating & air condition needs. Thank you Michael

He took the old unit away, He is prompt very courteous, tidy & helpful with other information I asked him about, such as Cooling. And came on a Saturday so I did not have to take time off work, bonus.
