I had a refrigerated ducted system serviced by Michael. He was honest, reliable and very polite. Michael got in the roof on a very warm day where he identified and fixed the bad performed by my builders when they first set up my air conditioner seven years ago. I just wish I had called Michael earlier. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

My ducted heater was ancient and needed replacing. I had bought one 2nd hand from a house that was being demolished and needed a plumber to uninstall it from it's home (including controller and vent) and install it in my home, as well as service it. Michael was punctual, and very professional. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and he went on to do a great ducted heating and air conditioner service for my sister who I had referred him to. At that service he picked up on an important issue with the ducted heater (which 3 previous manufacturer service guys had missed before). Highly recommended.

Michael replaced our faulty gas heating machine and wall controller. He was prompt, easy to deal with, honest and the most reasonably priced. He made sure everything worked well, and even came to replace the wall controller free of charge because we wanted one that did not make a beep.

We have engaged in Michael's services twice this year for both heating and cooling services.

In March 2013 our old ducted heating system had given up after 23 years. We discovered Efficient Pure Plumbing Heating & Cooling online and decided to give Michael a call. After describing our problem, he came out the next day and diagnosed a crack in the heater exchange. The unit needed replacement and Michael advised on a couple of suitable units and for varying reasons. Within a week our old unit was replaced. Excellent job, tidy workmanship and efficient.

During October 2013 we asked Michael to provide a quote for air conditioning in the house. Michael arrived on time and we discussed the different possibilities whilst taking into account an existing split system, location of the house and the weather conditions in Melbourne. The next day we received a clear written quote outlining all specifics.

Having received two further quotes from the opposition, we decided to go with Michael based on value, previous jobs and his professionalism. The cooling was installed during the day and we were supplied all the compliance paperwork and shown how to operate the new system.

Having had Michael out on two jobs, I can highly recommend his honesty, professionalism, knowledge of products and expertise with the installation.

Over the past two years Michael did a few jobs at my place.
He is professional, he's quotes have always been the best and the quality of work is of very high standard.

Michael has been able to get things done, at short notice & fast and has always been on time which is something that can't be said of many other tradies I had around during my house renovation.
