This is a scammer. This clean was booked for an NDIS participant. A lady cleaner was booked for a specific time. A male cleaner turned up 3 hours later, no one was home. Service was then cancelled and asked not to return but I still received a confirmation email for the next clean. Effly then sent an invoice for payment when no work was done. They don't answer their phone and don't return calls.

I bought a Groupon voucher, for a 2-hr clean. I arrived home to find not one part of the cleaning done properly. The vacuuming was terrible and the floor hadn't been mopped. The toilet, shower, appliances and lounge were still dirty. I requested a refund, but was told it was not their policy. They offered to send a cleaner to fix it, instead. After complaining to Groupon, I received a full refund. This company does not use professional cleaners. Avoid at all costs.

Really terrible. The cleaners they sent did not know how to clean. I had to show them several times. They did not speak English. Now afterwards, after I paid and am not satisfied, Effly does not answer the phone and they do not reply to emails.

I do not believe that the cleaners they sent had the legal status to work here, According to what they told me. Their English was bad, but the woman said only the other person had the right to work (I didnt ask, she just told me). I am really disgusted.

Effly is a complete waste of money and time. I paid them double their quote because they had hardly done anything after FOUR HOURS I had paid gor. So I stupidly paid for an ADDITIONAL FOUR hours. Still the place was not clean. I was cleaning the floor after they left and much was never cIeaned by the Effly "cleaners". Truly hopeless.

Worst service possible. I have had to pay a second cleaning company to re-do the clean. It was a small two bedroom unit. No carpet. Simply amazingly poor service. Stay away from Effly. Truly hopeless
