We had the sofa and armchairs cleaned and were told they'd be dry in 2 hours. The temperature was in high 30s that day. Three days later they're starting to feel dry. The furniture stank from the stuff he sprayed on them. We ended up having to deoderise the room. I had high hopes but ended up wasting my money. Should have used someone else.

Lounge, Bedroom and Hallway carpets dry cleaned. The cleaners presented on time and were very respectful, curteous and professional. The whole job only took 40mins. There was a pride taken in removing any stains the carpet had. This was my best experience with recent trades people. Workers names were Bosko and Nick, Melbourne.

I have used Electrodry for some years and have always been pleased with the service. I have recently had the carpets done again and there were some unusual stains to deal with. the technicians recommended an industrial clean which I had done. on completion, the carpet looked really good, however after a couple of weeks the same stains reappeared.
I rang and spoke to Trish, who was very nice and explained that with some stains this can happen and if I could email her a photo she would draw it to the attention of her manager.
Within half an hour of my photos being sent,I took a phone call from Trish, she had a message from her manager to tell me they would be happy to redo the job at no cost.
I was pleasantly surprise at how easy it had been.
Bosko, came out a few days later. He was very good explaining to me the reasons why the stain had recurred, and went about treating them very thoroughly. He was quietly confident that he had drawn all of the remaining stain out, but that there could be a chance of them coming back again,which if this was the case, I understood that another clean would be at my cost as the problem lay with the difficulty of the stain, rather than the method of cleaning. I felt this was very fair.
The level of Boskos commitment to his work was confirmed when he rang me 4 days later to check up on wether it looked like the stain was reappearing. As there is no sign of that happening,he has told me it is most unlikely that it will now.
I also have found, that whenever I make a booking, the costing is well described and what I have been quoted has been correct.
