The service provided was as one would expect. The only thing I find is not being drawn into additional services. They arrived within the designated time frame. The carpets looked good after the job was completed. As for upholstery cleaning I was not overly impressed.

I had a positive experience using Electrodry. They were able to get out some long standing stains in my carpet. The floors looked like new afterwards. The value was quite good because I used a coupon which I received in the mail. They also cleaned an area of internal steps for no additional cost which was great.
