He was on time,well dressed and in a very clean van.

I had 4 rooms cleaned, one where the carpet was particularly stained, and the technician not only got all the stains out, the carpets looked fantastic, very professional courteous technician, would absolutely recommend. 3 rooms for $109 and 1 room for free, I also had some of the rooms sprayed with a sanitiser which the technician discounted, very good value for money as the carpets look amazing.

I have used Electrodry in the past on 3 occasions and their pricing and service has been good. However, I recently emailed for a quote on 5 rugs (emailed exact measurements) and I was given an estimate of $5 to $7 per square metre depending on inspection by a service technician of the condition and measurement of rugs (even though I had emailed measurements). What I was hoping for was their total quote for the job, not a per square metre rate. I replied to the customer service lady and requested she calculate the cost based on my measurements. Well, from here she went AWOL. I sent a gentle reminder even offering for a technician to call around and provide a price but I have been abandoned. I gather that was too technical for her to calculate - I admit I could have tried but it's not my job to calculate the square metre estimate. I also gather they prefer to book the job in rather than send a tech for a quote. Would have appreciated more customer service from this larger organisation. Might be best to try someone local with the ability to provide a total 'estimate' quote via phone/email. The have lost my annual business.

We needed 4 rooms, a hallway and a staircase cleaned. The guy turned up and wanted to charge us $80 just for the staircase. We told him that we could get them done elsewhere for less than $40 and did not agree to him cleaning. He than proceeded to tell us that there will be a call out fee of $110. I couldn't believe it and told him that he can do the 4 rooms and the hallway only. He than told us that he can do the whole job, including stairs for $20 cheaper but he was not willing to move furniture around for this price.
It took him less than 3 min to clean each room and he had completed his job with half an hour. I did not see him vacuum the carpets, he did not use any cleaning agents and he did not use the rotating carpet cleaner as promised on their website. The carpets were wet for 2 days and were not dry as promised. What a waste of money. Would never use them again.

Satisfactory service provided by Electrodry. Phone staff were pleasant. Cleaner was on time and polite. 2.5m x 2.5m area was charged at minimum call out fee of $89. Carpets looked clean when finished although fluff and dirt remained in the corners. Machine left carpet residue on skirting and tiles.

I got my parents' house carpet cleaned. A good clean and they removed most stains. Then on other occassions they been not so great in the customer service department, so on balance I probably wouldn't use again.

We just moved into our new house, and had our carpets dry cleaned - 3 bedrooms and a huge hallway. Carpets looked great afterwards, even got the indentations out from the previous owners furniture! Good customer service too..

Great company. We had friends that were renting and had to move out, so we gave electrodry a call for them and they really turned a ordinary looking carpet back into looking great. Would use them again
