This medical centre is very popular and always has a lot of people in the waiting room, but because they have a lot of doctors on duty, you never have to wait long. I have called for an appointment on the day and always had a choice of times. Of course, some doctors are better than others, but that is the same at every clinic that I've been to.

The main reasons I have gone here are for immunisations for my daughter, as they have a qualified nurse on site who administers them. She has been great every time and its good to have someone there who specialising in that.

There is a pharmacy on site, toys for the kids to play with, and parking underneath. The opening hours are also impressive - from 8am - 11pm every day.

Pharmacy on-site (almost in waiting room) which is super super handy. Especially with kids....when you are sick or you've got sick kids the last thing you want to do is get in and out of the car again and drive to a chemist.

They bulk bill and have great extended hours.

This is a a great spot to go when you can't get to your normal doctor. They are open in the evenings and bulk bill. The main reason it is not our main dr is that you will not see the same dr regularly. The have lots of staff to cover the long hours that they operate. Undercover parking, large waiting room.

I am very happy with my Dr at the medical center, He is very thorough even when the clinic is very busy they do not rush you.

Bulk billing after hours medical practice, can get really busy so its best to make an appointment or you can walk in and take your chances. Not all the doctors are great but you can find at least a few who are good to see and then make them your regular GP. Offer lots of service like vaccinations, wound care, minor surgical procedures etc

I have recently started coming to the Ridge after not being satisfied with my local after hours Doctor. I cant always make an appointment out of hours, but they will see me if I want to come and wait.

I have always had good results.

Bulk billing is great. Doctors and other staff are all really nice and very professional. Reception is always very helpful and do what ever they can to help you with a prefered appointment time.

Always get an appointment at an hour that suits me out of working time. Very good service from several doctors there. Bulk billing is fantastic.

I have been going here for a few years now and in the beginning it seemed that this was another impersonal bulk billing clinic - great for quick things like refilling prescriptions but not for ongoing issues. But the last three or four visits I have been really happy with the service I received. The doctor I saw went out of his way to try to get a free sample in of a new brand of tablets for me. They also have a callback service that notifies you when you are due for booster shots and new tests etc.

Open til 11pm, bulk billing, great service and you never have to wait too long. Ample parking and renovated consulting suites.
