Two staff did a terrific job of getting my India visa and arranging the business class flights from MEL to Chennai on Thai Airways. The flights were really easy, 9.5 hrs MEL-Bangkok, 3 hrs Bangkok to Chennai. Food, wine, coffee and service were superb on Business class! Also great airport lounges in Chennai, Bangkok and MEL.

We cannot praise Santo enough for the work he put in designing our honeymoon. He really went above and beyond, meeting us after hours, dealing with our sometimes annoying and numerous requests!
