I have been having treatments at Endota spa at Berwick for a while now .I highly recommended Rebecka .A++

I took my daughter to Berwick Endota on her 21st birthday. As we couldn't have a party straight away, I thought I would pamper her. We had a 2hr 15min appointment, and while it was expensive, it was worth every cent. Our treatment was incredible and we left feeling like we were walking on clouds.My daughter now knows why I'm so thrilled to receive Endota vouchers as gifts.

Wont recommend anymore after turning up for my appointment and being refused as i had my children. I do understand why BUT i believe i should have been told on the phone that they have a no child policy as i had taken my son there in the past, with no problems, however it was on my notes to notify me. Well that didn't happen. I know its only a minor problem but still an issue waking 2 children to be at an appointmnet on time to be refused. Had i of know i wouldnt have been so pissed off!!

Went for a remedial massage once but couldn’t claim it with my health insurance because the therapist wasn’t registered. Made sure I booked future appointments with a registered therapist and was then told by my health fund that my last therapist had not renewed her registration that month so I would not get a rebate. Went in store to raise the issue but the issue was never followed up. Called and left a message a week later and still no response. Contacted Endota Spa customer support via email and still no response. They don’t have a Hicaps machine and always have issues claiming so I won’t be going back.

I received a gift voucher for Endota and spent hours being pampered, the music is relaxing and the ladies treat you like a princess. I now buy vouchers for all my friends . Walked out feeling a million dollars

I received a voucher for my birthday, so I decided to get a pedicure. Staff are really lovely. The place is so clean and fresh looking. The pedicure was so relaxing and enjoyable. Prices are a little high, but the quality is excellent.

I dont use spas as a rule but do use them when I recieve a voucher - so that is now my standard gift for my birthday or mothers day. The rooms are a great size, clean, well appointed and very calming. The service I have received is second to none whether it be for remedial massage or relaxation. The staff are super friendly and well skilled in my experience. I find the prices a tad high but at least you do get great service. I have not purchased the products they sell here because I have sensitive skin - having said that I have never had a reaction to the products they have used in their standard service. So I'm hanging out for my next voucher now!

I've been here for facials a few times, as well as a massage. I've had different therapists each time but they have all been good. Overall, its a divine experience and you forget about everything when in one of their treatment rooms. Highly recommended

Very nice spa and the massage was great. I've only been once however, and probably won't go back but only because of the prices. Almost double the price for a remedial massage than other places. But if you're looking for a relaxing experience and can afford the prices, then go for it.

Best massage in Berwick. The staff are lovely and it's nice to be offered a herbal tea or water in the lounge before your massage. The rooms are clean and have a great atmosphere. I would go there weekly if I could but it is fairly pricey. They do have deals each month which are a great saving.
