Not a bad place for a meal, but not the best either. Best thing is the range of desserts and ice-creams. Bit overpriced for the quality of the food. Don't go here during busy times (Friday & Saturday nights) as the service can be slower. Good variety on the menu too.

We have used this cafe for our corporate catering on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Food always delivered on time and always fresh. One of the older ladies there is extremely helpful with menu choices, offering advice on menu selections etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.

This is our preferred charcoal chicken shop in the area. We've never had a bad chook or chips from here. Gravy is sensational too, not too rich and salty. Chicken (particularly the skin!) is very tasty.

We approached Flight Centre in Berwick for our Fiji holiday. We usually book holidays without using an agent, however as we hadn't been to Fiji before thought we would seek some professional advice.

Upon receiving the quote I thought it seemed way over priced. They quoted us flights + 6 nights in a 5 star resort for our family at almost $7000! The resort we picked is quite expensive, however I still thought something wasn't right.

I rang another Flight Centre (knox) and asked them to quote for the same hotel for 6 nights. When the lady called me back she said she could actually give as 8 nights instead of 6 due to package deals the hotel had on offer (which the berwick office did not tell us about). Knox Flight Centre quoted is $5600 for flights, 8 nights including full buffet each morning and travel insurance included (which Berwick did not include either). Needless to say, in the end we booked with the Knox office

I find it hard to believe we received two completely different quotes from the same company but at different locations. We will definitely use the Knox Flight Centre and steer clear of what appears to be a money hungry Berwick office.

Went here for dinner with my husband and we chose a banquet. Very nice food served hot, but had to wait a while between each course. We spent just over 2hrs in the restaurant. We received soup, entree, 3 different mains then dessert. All up just over $100 for two banquets and a few alcoholic drinks. We would go here again.

We had our wedding cake made here and Erin was so lovely. For under $150 we got a cake that would have cost me (as I got quotes) $450-$650 elsewhere. Moist and delicious two tier mud cake, surrounded in chocolate shards. It was stunning and I received so many compliments on it. Only down side is they don't deliver, so I had to arrange someone to collect it. But for the price and quality it was well worth it.

Very nice spa and the massage was great. I've only been once however, and probably won't go back but only because of the prices. Almost double the price for a remedial massage than other places. But if you're looking for a relaxing experience and can afford the prices, then go for it.

I've visited Eclipse a few times for a massage. The girl I see is called Samantha or Stephanie (I always get those two names confused!) and she always provides a massage firm enough to release the tension in my upper back and shoulders. The only downside is that they can't process my private health rebate on the spot (I'm with NIB) which means I have to pay the full amount and claim the rebate through NIB directly. Other downfall is that sometimes parking can be issue, especially around lunch time due to the local takeaway stores. Other than that, lovely place.

This review is for RDC Spa, Berwick VIC

I attended RDC Spa as my husband purchased a package for me for Christmas. When I rang to book I asked if I could change the package to another one as I preferred a different package to what he had paid for. They said it would be ok. I asked if there was a price difference between the package he purchased and the one I chose (as there were no prices listed in the brochure supplied with the voucher) they said no.

The package I chose I was meant to receive a salt rub, spa soak, facial, massage and scalp massage. This is how it panned out...

I arrived at RDC and was impressed as it is simply stunning inside. They directed me to a room to get changed into my robe. After getting changed I went through for my body salt rub, which was awkward as the therapist had to keep leaving the room to get things. Once that was done I was directed to another room to soak in the spa for 20mins. After the spa turned off (as they said it would) I got out and put my robe back on. I waited in the room for another 10mins until I had to stick my head out the door to call out for someone. When someone eventually came to fetch me and placed me in a waiting lounge area, which was nice. Then I had my massage. After the massage I was told to get changed and then I was re-directed to the reception counter where the lady asked me if I wanted to book another appointment and indicated my treatment had ended. I advised them I hadn't received my facial. They then apologized and redirected me into a room where I was given a facial. Then I was advised the treatment was over and I was redirected again to the reception counter. I handed over my voucher and left.

Whilst driving home I realized I didn't receive my scalp massage. At the time I thought it wasn't worth driving back or ringing them up over it as, to be honest, I didn't want to go back anyway as the service had been so bad.

When I arrived home a girl from RDC called me to advise me I owed them $60!! I asked why, to which they replied there was a $60 difference in the package my husband purchased and the package that I changed it to. I asked why they told me when I booked, that were wasn't a price difference to which they replied I wasn't told that - even though I KNOW I asked them when I booked the appointment. Then I told the girl I didn't receive my scalp massage anyway. She offered for me to come back and they would give me one. I told them that after I had almost been sent home halfway through treatment AND I was left alone in a room and had to call out for a staff member to me AND accused of being a liar that I didn't want to step back in their salon. She then said "be a b!tch and do a runner then!" and slammed the phone down on me! I wrote a complaint letter to the manager and never got a response.

I will NEVER step foot in this salon again.

Definitely worth the drive to get here. Yummy and very generous/filling portions. Gorgeous views on a clear day. I've been here for their Sunday Brunch which is an all you can eat buffet for $37.90 per adult. Heaps of food and the variety on the buffet changes throughout the duration of your time there. I have also been here for dinner quite a few times and I've never been disappointed. In fact, it's such good value and yummy that my husband and I got married and had our reception here over 12mths ago and our guests are STILL raving about the food! Whenever I go to dinner here I always buy a loaf of their potato bread to take home.

Approximate cost: $30
