Richard responded quickly to our request for assistance regarding a failed high-end Miele clothes dryer. He diagnosed the issue within a minute or two, ordered the necessary part, and returned promptly to solve the problem. Furthermore, he also attended to a Miele dishwasher that failed at the same time. Both problems have now been fixed, efficiently and with a professional and friendly manner. After trying to get Miele to fix our cook top and being told we would have to wait three weeks for an appointment we contacted Europliance and the service was outstanding and they diagnosed and fixed the problem over the phone. If we have any further Miele problems Europliance will be the first ones we contact.

I am house/dog sitting and created a problem which set off a malfunction with the Miele washing machine. I needed someone at short notice. Miele couldn't send anyone out for 2 weeks, so recommended 3 authorised repairers. Only one of them was prepared or able to fit me into a busy schedule, namely Richard from Europliance Services. In fact he told me on the phone how to fix the problem myself, but as this was not my machine, I wanted a professional to do the job. He rang to inform me when he was on his way and rectified the problem quickly but thoroughly and at a reasonable price. Richard is a Miele specialist. I am very grateful for his quick response time and expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring repair or service of a Miele machine.
