We had a blocked toilet - they quoted us over half of what we got quoted from everywhere else offering a flat fee for fixing it in under 2 hours and a flat fee if it went over that time. No call out fee. We had tried plunging, using a hanger and draino. Plumber was in and out in 5 minutes after arriving at 8am ontime. Also had a credit card machine to pay which was handy.
