Fallon services replaced a very worn phone Junction Box and upgraded the contents in our unit block. Thankyou to Pam in customer service and electrician Joel who initially inspected the job and arranged for Bruce who arrived on time next day to fix it all. I was directed to Fallons after having no luck at all with other companies. Our Body Corp is very pleased to have everything renewed...!

I have used Fallon's a few times - initially as an emergency weekend callout when our hotwater system sprung a leak, and then for electrical and antennae work. The out of hours service was excellent - pricey, but you can expect that late on a Saturday night! The electrical work seemed to have been performed well however, once they assess what you want done, you then have have go to an electrical supply retailer to buy the necessary items before they return at another time to install. I can understand needing to do that if you have a particular light fitting in mind, however, I would have thought that they could supply and install down lights, heat protectors, power switches etc. It may work out cheaper that way, however, I am quite time poor, so trying to arrange multiple visits around my work not to mention sourcing the materials was a hassle. The electricians were very pleasant and turned up when they said they would which was great.

A stubborn fridge that didn't want to run properly. Fallon Services were great. They came twice to find the problem and fix it and no charge for the second call out. Brilliant same day service. We won't hesitate to use Fallon Services again.

I booked in a pre purchase electrical inspection for a property we had under contract. We drove up to the property to meet them which was half an hours drive from where we were currently living simply for the electrician not to turn up. When I called the electrician to see where they were, they simply said they couldn't come as they had been called to another job. Extremely disappointed as we had no time left in our short terms to call another electrician therefore we had to forfeit our electrical inspection prior to purchase. A company with customer service like this would never come with a recommendation. Customer service definitely needs improving!!

Our job booking system had you booked in our 12 till 4 timeslot with a note to try to be at site at 1.30 to meet real estate. Our timeslots are set because we can't be sure exactly when the previous job will finish. Only the first slot of the day is a fixed time. Our technician called and texted your mobile at 2.30 and waited until 2.50 for a response from you before travelling to another job. At that stage the technician was at Toowong which was not far from your meeting location. You called technician back at 3.50. I am sorry about the communication issues but we could have been there on time if you called us back earlier. kind regards Fallon Services.

Made me wait for 4 hours for the man to come to fix my hot water system. At the absolute last minute the guy could turn up he rang to say he didnt know how to fix Rheem hot water systems - dont bother with this mob they will only let you down. Find someone else. How annoying to take half a day off work to be told they dont have Rheem manuals!!! Its clearly a very common hot water company - if they were any way half decent plumbers you would think they would be able to fix RHEEM!!! forget it - they are a waste of time

I'm sorry your constructive review has not been responded too since 2013, when you had a poor experience with Fallon Solutions and your hot water system.

Its difficult to comment on what occurred back in 2013, however our technicians are now always trained to attend site before provide their expertise opinion. Im confused as to why this did not occur back in 2013. Also we install/repair 1500 hot water units and Rheem is one of the ones we offer. Im confused as to why our plumber would not be able to look into this.

I know its been a long time, but if you have some of the job details, please give 07 3846 3666 a call and ask for me, I'd be happy discuss your job with you further.
