This company came at short notice as my other company messed me about. Far better than most other companies, got a full bond Refund and they didn't finish till 9pm. Great Work!

I have used these guys for vacate cleaning a few times now. Never had a problem. For the work them do it's worth the money.

Absolutely dodgy as, and changed the quoted price on us, by $150 more (from $400 to $550 - the quote was based on a property in reasonable condition apparently - whatever that means - and ours was not out of the ordinary). What a joke.

They were rude when i emailed to book a clean in. They broke our dryer door when they were cleaning the place and when i emailed to ask them about it they admitted they broke it but would take no responsibilty for it. I was more angry at the fact they never told us they broke it! Just put the door back on and left us to find it like that. So we were left to pay for a new door without so much as a sorry. In fact the email they sent back to us was so rude and basically said it was our fault and it was already half broken (it definatley was not!) Would never recommend them.

I use these guys regularly for vacate cleans and carpet cleaning. It's been about 5 times. We had one issue with a super picky agent and they stood to there word and fixed the issue the same day. I was super impressed. After a bad experience with other cleaners, that's why I keep on using these guys. Thanks

Review Based On Customer Service - From original booking they were rude not professional. The end result them being agressive and insulting. They tried to change the agreed scheduled time on more than 1 occasion. To this I chose to cancel the service due to all of the above and them not being able to meet my requested appointment time which was booked in. My partner was there 30 miuntes before to ensure we were prompt for their arrival. I was not informed of the change of apointment time until 30 minutes before the appointment. To top it off their end quote was "We don't need your business anyway". As a side note their mobile phone they contacted me on does not seem to receive incoming calls to call them back.
