Booked in the electrical work with them and also confirmed a week before. I got a random call from a different sparkie saying the first sparkie couldnt come and could we change the day cause he couldnt make it either which i couldnt as i had taken the day off work so i could be there and was going away on the saturday for a few weeks. the guy said hewould call me back which didnt happen. By mid morning the day of the job no-one had shown up. i finally called the first sparkie and was told that he was too busy to come and the other guy was meant to set up a time which he didnt do. so a tip... dont book in a job if your too busy to actually do it... and dont farm out a job onto someone else cause if they dont show up either then your name is mud again.

Joe installed new downlights in my living area and kitchen. He was on time to quote and to do the job and was polite and professional throughout. I would definitely use FBI again.
