Outstanding service! I travelled out of my way to the dealership after hearing good things, and I can see why. Small hiccup in the communication on the final price, but was reasonably rectified quickly. They take the time to show you around and introduce you to the different departments you will be dealing with. High focus on customer service and it shows.

The staff at FTG Nissan and very professional and friendly. I have my car serviced here every 6 months and have always been happy with the service. If any additional work is needed they call you to explain the problem and costs involved before work is carried out. My car is always cleaned before being returned to me. The showroom and service area are extremely clean. They offer a shuttle service to local shopping centres or to and from your home while your car is being serviced. And they follow up with a phone call to make sure you are happy with the whole experience.

Purchased my car from Nissan Ferntree Gully. The service was outstanding. Paul and Will sold me my car and really looked after me. I will be going back to them two for my next car. I really cant fault this place. I take my car here to be serviced every 6 months and have done for the past 7 years. The service is the best I have seen anywhere (a big call I know!) The staff are always polite and knowledgeable. I am advised before the service of what the costs will be. They always ask me if I need a lift and will take you where you need to go in their courtesy car. My car always arrives back to me vacuumed (it used to be washed but not anymore due to water restrictions) and I always get a follow up phone call to make sure I am happy with the service. They really dont leave a stone unturned.
