Fresh Zest Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I booked the service with Luke for last Friday and he arrived as agreed. After parking his car in my driveway and walking around my house to have a look he gave me the impression that he was ready to start.

About 10 minutes later, while my front door is wide open as well as my garage, we realised his car wasn’t there. That was strange. But i thought maybe he’s gone to the hardware shop to get some extra chemicals, and thought it was a bit strange he hadn’t said anything. To cut a very long story short, he simply disappeared. Never answered my calls, my texts or my emails.

This morning I used my daughter’s phone to ring the company (as I didn't get very far with my mobile) and spoke to a lady on the phone that told me he simply can’t service me because he doesn’t move furniture. I am absolutely appalled by this. There was absolutely no communication by him. He simply disappeared. He never returned my calls (six of them) and didn't answer my texts and email. I am absolutely appalled.

I use this business for my business - an aged care home. So more than just excellent cleaning is required, safety standards, courtesy to the residents and an elite level of cleaning. I have found Fresh Zest to go beyond customer service levels of any other provider in this area. I could not recommend them more highly - just amazing! Thanks guys for looking after my carpet needs!

Fresh zest came and cleaned my tiles in my kitchen , dining, bathroom and hallway. The tiles came up new and the grout lines look amazing now! Would highly recommend to anymore !

We were lucky enough to have Luke from Fresh Zest to come to clean our upholstery/ couches. We booked based on the great reviews he had on WOMO and we're really happy we did!

He is a really friendly, well presented, polite and PUNCTUAL person - the type of person you'd be happy to send over to your grandma's place. As for the job - TERRIFIC! Got a huge amount of dirt out that we didn't expect and uses a state of the art machine that is very efficient & enviro friendly! He took the time to consider the level of cleaning required and did an extremely thorough job - he didn't seem rushed or desperate to get off to next job. He was also very price competitive, especially considering the quality of his machine and the time he took on the job.

I'll be recommending Luke & Zest to all my family and friends and hope everyone who reads this can have the confidence to book him for their next job! Can't recommend him highly enough!

I had 3 rooms steam cleaned and was very impressed with the service and quality of the job. The result was far better than any other carpet cleaning I had before. Luke was polite and meticulous in the way he worked. He was accommodating to special requests and got stains out that had been previously left by other cleaners. I would recommend Luke to anyone 100%.

Had my 3 bedroom unit deep cleaned by Luke and was more than happy with the results. Some stains I thought would've been impossible to clean have all but disappeared and my carpet has never looked better.

Luke has cleaned our carpet twice now and did an amazing job both times. although it's old he manages to get out the stubborn stains making carpet look fresh and fluffy. I have two kids so it's great that I can get it cleaned so well and it's great value for money. I have recommended him to friends and they were just as happy as I was with the results. :)

I easily googled this company when looking to clean my carpets. I was glad to see they had a fb page and even had a photo of the man i had been in contact with - Luke.
They turned up on time and although the web site did not say that they had a minimum charge out ($99) I was not too upset as I was expecting to pay $65 for one room, they did the two rooms for me within that price. So I was a very happy customer and will re-book when needed.

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Fresh Zest. After calling a number of businesses to get quotes, I immediately decided on Fresh Zest because of Luke's very professional and polite manner. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and quote appropriately. I was delighted to find he was just as professional on the day. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. arrived on time, professional in appearance and had good quality equipment. Carpets cleaned exceptionally well, very happy with result. Went out of his way to clean every stain in a professional manner eg rust was removed from carpet.

Thoroughly cleaned all the house carpets in lounge/dining, 3 bedrooms and study. He used a new deep cleaning machine that really removed deep seated dust and dirt.

I heard about this supplier through WOMOW and arranged to have cleaned two rooms, a 3 +2 seater lounge suite, 3 rugs and a King size mattress. He arrived at the time we agreed which was critical because I had only had the carpet relayed that morning and had everything planned to precise timing (post a renovation) I was delighted having dealt with so many different tradey's and companies while renovating my house. Some companies 'stand out' and this on one them. Very happy to recommend this business. The number 1300 782 782 worked fine for me!
