We recently had our carpets cleaned by Fresh Zest. After calling a number of businesses to get quotes, I immediately decided on Fresh Zest because of Luke's very professional and polite manner. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and quote appropriately. I was delighted to find he was just as professional on the day. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. Our carpets are fresh and clean, I would definitely book them again for our next clean.

I have been going to StudioForty6 now for around 5 years.
During this time I have found all the staff to be very professional and skilled trainers.
One of the things I have appreciated about the studio is that they have been very accommodating and able to adapt to any stage you are at. Currently I train with Aiden Clarke who has adapted each session to my requirements at the time, from returning to the gym post baby through to pre and post knee surgery whilst still focusing on the areas I wanted to target.
Another great thing about Studiofourty6 is the friendly, positive and encouraging environment. All the staff genuinely like to be there and all get along which makes a very happy and inspiring environment to train in.
