We moved into a new house and had a problem with dripping aluminium downpipes waking us up on rainy nights. I rang Steve for the first time when my usual plumber went missing. STEVE WAS BRILLIANT! He knew I was in trouble – squeezed me in ASAP. Was on time, called when on the way. He replaced the pipes and did the job really efficiently and for a reasonable price. He fixed the problem perfectly. He’s an honest and trustworthy guy you’d be happy to send to your mum :) I can’t recommend him highly enough and he will be handling all my plumbing needs from now on! Moving from a dealer service, this is the third service with Dickson Auto for our 2010 mini - car runs superbly and wouldn't take it anywhere else! John and Clive are absolutely brilliant - always do their best to help you out - tell you exactly what needs doing and unlike others, only tell you to replace parts that NEED replacing! Well priced, honest & reliable - I can't recommend Dickson Auto highly enough!

We were lucky enough to have Luke from Fresh Zest to come to clean our upholstery/ couches. We booked based on the great reviews he had on WOMO and we're really happy we did!

He is a really friendly, well presented, polite and PUNCTUAL person - the type of person you'd be happy to send over to your grandma's place. As for the job - TERRIFIC! Got a huge amount of dirt out that we didn't expect and uses a state of the art machine that is very efficient & enviro friendly! He took the time to consider the level of cleaning required and did an extremely thorough job - he didn't seem rushed or desperate to get off to next job. He was also very price competitive, especially considering the quality of his machine and the time he took on the job.

I want to highly recommend Dickson Auto. I just moved into the Caulfield area and found some good references about Dickson Auto online. I had a mini cooper just out of warranty - I really didn't want to go back to the dealer for service but was also reluctant to try an independent. I thought at worst I could try them and if I wasn't happy I could go back to the dealer. My car hadn't done a lot of km's and I was told by the manager at Dickson Auto that they don't just replace things because a computer says so, they check everything and tell you if it needs replacing - if you're not happy, you don't need to go ahead with the repair! Well that's what I wanted to hear and that's what they did - I was updated on the condition and what needed to be done during the day. I needed my brakes done and they were very reasonable, comparable to any brake specific outlet! It's been 3 weeks since the service and brake replacement and I reckon my car runs better and I couldn't be happier! They charge much less than a dealer would charge and it's the first time I felt that my car had been serviced by someone who wanted me to come back. I'm happy to recommend Dickson Auto to everyone, especially if you're reluctant to make the move from dealer service to an independent.

Howard performed a number of services on our property from carpentry & deck repair to other general handyman/ building services to our bathroom and other external parts of the house.

Howard came up with a number of solutions that fixed our problems at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. He has the rare ability to look at a problem and come up with a solution at a reasonable price in a short space of time.

He is honest, reliable, reasonable in price, he stands by his work and most importantly he was there when I needed him - rare features to find these days. I tried other more recognised names for similar jobs and their work was more expensive and of a lesser standard.

I have no hesitation in recommending and sharing Howard with you all. We always say..."I wish I knew a good, local handyman that didn't charge a ridiculous amount" - well now you do!
